I went in yesterday 10/7/23 around 7:30pm. CECILIA was the most rude employee we ever had. Her and i had a discussion about her unprofessional service and her being disrespectful in front of my grandma. After i left the store, she DISCONNECTED ALL my devices. WE ONLY WENT TO EXCHANGE A NUMBER. So she ILLEGALY gont into our account and cancelled everything!! I was able to get to another location before closing and thankfully they reactivated everything.THIS MORNING 10/8/23 around 7am, SHE GOT INTO OUR ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY AND REPORTED OUR STUFF STOLEN!! I AM DEFINITELY FILING A LAWSUIT. My grandma has cancer and she went without a phone and nobody to contact her because CECILIA DID ALL OF THIS!! My grandma had a panick attack and got very sick from being worried about her phone!! We are not the only people who have filed complaints on her and still nothing has been done.

Be very careful, this store scams you out of your hard earned dollars. They lie about what plan your getting signed up for and cram accessories onto your bill till it balloons to 2x what it should be. They got me thankfully my card has strong user protections in place and is working with me to recover the funds stolen by this franchise location.

I have been with metro pcs for along time yesterday was the worst experience I had with customer service from the lady at the store very rude and would not help with anything at all.

Worse customer service! I have been getting notifications about switching to T-Mobile from Metro PCS and all the notifications say, "dont miss out on this $40 a month offer for first line." Of course when you call it's way more than that and they dont know what your talking about. I tell the guy that's too much and he hangs up on me. No good bye, would you like to look at other options. Just you cant afford it? "CLICK" . nice!

Worst customer service I had ever experience I’ve been a customer for 3 years and they can’t help me upgrade my phone so I went to cricket had better promotions and get an iPhone for 49.99 they have better customer service highly recommended

Recently moved to the area in need of a new phone bc my current phone was demolished in the move. Unbeknownst to me this company does not work well in the Granger area where I work. Returned the phone bc of that issue & wasn't refunded the full amount that I paid up front lost the $$ on the activation fee i assume. Moving forward please ask whomever the customer is the area in which they reside and where their main place of employment will be to insure once they live your establishment that they will have adequate service. Such a disappointment only having 7mins of usage on a new phone and then not getting refunded your full amount.

I stood in line for an hour while the clerk wanted to tell his lifetime stories. You got people waiting to get service and he had no sense of urgency to help the customers. I am so sick of metro PCS and thier no customer service. And lack of service on the phones too!! How can you stand there and tell stories while the business needs running!! This is the worst phone company with the worst service!!!! They don't deserve a star at all. Never even got helped and another customer left before me because of this!!!! What is up METRO!!!

Luz, Marie, Dorien, and Steven are just awesome. I only go to this location. I refer other people to this location. It’s hard to find businesses that have people who are so knowledgeable and honest about the ins and outs of a service. Especially, when it comes to cellular service.
