I came in with a with muffler noise and vibration. He looked at it and gave me peace of mind that while there was a part slightly bent, everything else looked good. He even found a low tire I didn't notice. I went to take it in and turns out I needed an entire replacement. I will definitely return here and recommend to others.

Shout out to MAIN MUFFLER SERVICE (Owner-Benny ) for his prompt fix of my truck. My 2001 Tundra catalytic converter was stolen on Thursday 21st while it was parked in front of the Gatti Land place off IH 35 in Round Rock. First time I could call them was on Tuesday-Dec 3rd and brought it over the same day. He promptly showed me where the thieves cut off one of two cat. systems. But he was super helpful, and I felt like I was treated fair and was educated too. Love small auto repair shops vs chain places. Out the door for $325 a new Cat, welded back on in under an hour. He said newer cars/trucks were more, but I felt great about the price and quality of parts and labor. He has been in business for over 30 years, 5 years at this location. My man took his truck in to main muffler to get some exhaust work done and when he came home he couldn't wipe a smile off his face. He said the dude was so nice and helped him pick stuff out and didn't feel over charged for the service. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service, great price, and quick turnaround! Brought my 2016 Suburban in for a rattling noise in my exhaust system. Benny was quickly able to diagnose and fix the issue right on the spot! Overall fantastic experience and I cannot recommend this place enough for exhaust work. Great local shop that I will be returning to in the future for any additional work needed on my vehicles

I had been tackling alignment issues with my aftermarket exhaust with the exhaust tips not being positioned correctly emerging from the rear bumper for several years and after multiple attempts to resolve myself, gave up, searched the online recommendations for local muffler shops and went over to Main Muffler which is quietly located behind the HEB on 685. Benny was able to not only quickly figure out an appropriate resolution using his industry experience but was also able to get me in and out within about thirty minutes. Great guy, reasonably priced and highly recommend.

Benny straight HOOKED IT UP!!! I had a rather difficult dual exhaust system put on my 1968 F250. I have the dual tanks so he had to wrap around that and did it masterfully! It looks and sounds AMAZING!!!! Couldn't be happier! I'll see him soon with the 67 Mustang. Thanks, Benny!

I had clogged catylitic convertors on my Crown Victoria and could barely drive. When I came to his shop he told me he has seen the problem before and that the front CATs clogged the rear ones with debris. He burnt a hole into rear CAT and made it driveable for a few days while the right parts came in. He charged $600 and he bought 2 CA compliant CATs to replace 2 old ones and deleted the other 2 (he kept all 4 old CATs). I was happy with the welds, temporary solution, and price. I came back to his shop to replace old mufflers with resonators I bought. He told me which size to buy and he welded them on for $110. You can see the weld below. I recommend this place seemed like an honest guy.

I did a search for muffler shops on Yelp and to my surprise, Main Muffler was .4 miles from my home. I arrived with no customers ahead of me and service bay empty. I explained what I needed and right away put on the lift. He explained what was needed, how long it would take, and an estimate on cost. Sounded reasonable so gave the go ahead. He did a great job at less time and price than originally estimated. I highly recommend Main Muffler for all your exhaust needs.
