“Excellent service in this shop by Edwin Pineda and Tabatha Chaney. An elderly gentleman who needed documents notarized for business in SC received excellent attention from these employees at this location, and was also aided by another regular customer of the shop. Not only was the gentleman able to get the task completed, but Mr. Pineda was also very thorough in making sure the client was fully aware of what he was signing. This was a huge step in completing a pending matter.”

“I use this location of the UPS store not only because it is convenient, but more so because of the staff here. I frequently ship items to friends and family out of state, and I am an online shopper. Between shipment sI originate and returns I am making through their great HAPPY RETURNS option, I find the staff in this store to be universally and uniquely helpful in getting my packages expedited and delivered on time. I am so pleased every time I go into this location, since I find those who work there REALLY understand what it means to provide helpful assistance to a customer. I LOVE this location! “I never thought I would sit down and write a glowing 5 star review for a UPS store, but here is why! I've used this UPS store for three years and counting, including for Amazon returns, notary services, and shipping services. I've consistently had a positive experience going to this store. The owner is professional, friendly, and customer oriented! She always asked me how my day is going and seems to genuinely care about delivering a great customer experience. They also added a self-service kiosk to expedite the process, so it's awesome to see how they're constantly finding ways to improve their business. As far as the negative reviews here, I read through them and most of them seem directed at one or two low performing employees who are no longer at the store. For anyone who is on the fence reading this review, please give this store a shot and I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised :-) Thank you for your outstanding service!”

“Small place. Friendly. Helpful. The Ups store I first went to could not print my shipping label from my phone. Ups store printers not available to use from a customer's phone either. Thankfully the Postal Annex was there to help me print my label and mail my package. Very nice place.”

“Angela, Angela, Angela- girl thank u so much for the best customer service experience I've ever had! I came in 30 minutes before closing time (along with 6 others in line) and 1 register was down and the manager was trying so hard to do a notary & talk to tech support at the same time and his patience with the whole situation was great. Angela comes to the lobby and and she not onlymanaged to get all of our needs taken care of extremely quick on the new kiosk, but also at the same time she had all these customers laughing and cutting up! She handled that hectic situation with the best attitude, nothing was basic about this experience - it seemed like she was so engaging that the customers were in no hurry to leave & ACTUALLY ENJOYED THERE EXPERIENCE!! No one enjoys errands, but I certainly seen a store full of customers having fun at UPS tonight! Way to go Angela & Josh I hope to see those customers post some great reviews as well!? ??”
