Can't say enough good things about my long-term experience with my go-to Mac repair, and today was the icing on the cake. Not only were they open on a Sunday, but I was fortunate enough to be able to drop off & pick up same day, with a more than reasonable cost. Luke is super knowledgeable, professional and PATIENT. Super grateful for this business.

The service was outstanding. Far cheaper and far less wait than the Apple Store. I also appreciate the initiative of the service staff. I brought it in for battery replacement. And, they also replaced a couple of worn keys, and fixed my blown speaker without charging me for the extra matters they took care of without asking. I'll always bring my apple notebooks here for service in the future.

Overall, great place to fix your iPhone. Very limited options for used iPhone. But it’s better than an overcrowded Apple retail store.

I came to have my MacBook Pro checked out because I spilled tea on it. They were able to professionally clean it and show me where the damage was extensive. Luckily, my laptop still works despite the damage. The service was fast and top-notch.

Staff is knowledgable, brought in my Macbook on a Saturday for screen repair, was told by tech that his boss informed him only to repair phones over the weekend although mention I needed it for work. Other than wait 3 days for a 20 min screen replace, service was good. 3 star rating for amount of wait time. Thanks for update was not told this upon drop off, I asked if tech was certified to repair it, he said yes but he was not allowed too.

Great experience. The staff did the job professionally and quick. They changed the screen protector glass on my iPhone and cleaned the adapter socket. 10/10 recommended

My company has a lot of MacBooks. I've been taking them to Longhorn Mac repair for years to fix everything from cracked screens to bad batteries. The prices are always reasonable and the service is usually very fast.
Sometimes they don't answer the phone and their voicemail recently was not working but if you visit the store, the in person service is great.
Partick has always been my go-to person there. Thank you for giving me an option besides the apple store.

Brought in my 2021 Macbook pro due to my keyboard needing to be replaced for an electrical short. Patrick fixed my computer and was awesome through out the entire process. After the fix we had a minor issue with the illumination of the keyboard but Patrick was able to help fix it immediately. I am extremely pleased with the work and customer service they provided, hopefully I don't have to return but if I do I feel comfortable with their expertise. SHOUT OUT TO PATRICK!

Since I decided not to buy a phone case like my wife told me too, I had to get my screen fixed. I filled out an online quote request and was replied to super fast. Called em up and asked what time, they said whenever I was ready. When I showed, it was professionalism and knowledgeable staff helping out every guest including myself. All aspects of the repair/replacement of my screen glass was communicated as the repair was moving along in real time. Proud to call these guys Longhorns, they deserve it because they're the best!!! Thanks a ton y'all, keep it up!

I actually had to visit twice in two weeks (two different macbooks) and they were able to fix them BOTH TIMES. I am extremely pleased with their service and although I hope never to have to visit them again (LOL), if I do need computer repair, I will go straight to their store.
