Horrible service all around. Erica the salesperson promised us a delivery date only to find out it wasn't possible. Had to cancel the closing date of our home as we had no furniture for an additional week. The customer service process of getting someone on the phone at the store is impossible. All future calls go to Mexico so good luck getting your order, refunds, or anything. The sales process legitimately feels like a scam... still we have no furniture and now are going to another company to buy

I just called the number listed for the Pflugerville, TX store. I wanted to see if a particular lamp I was interested in would take a 3 way bulb. It did not say online. I knew the lamp was in the store as I had been there a few days before. I was interested in purchasing 4 lamps totally over $1,000. The girl on the phone told me she couldn't find any information online about that (I had already told her it wasn't online). I asked her if someone could go test the lamp as I knew it was in the store. She told me she was customer service - not the store - and there was no way to call the store. I told her I was interested in 4 of them and felt it was rather crazy that I had to drive all the way to the store to check this out myself. She then proceeded to hang up on me. So, that's the customer service you get at Living Spaces. Needless to say, I will purchase them elsewhere.

They lie. They tell you over and over your delivery is scheduled and then they cancel it even after you call and verbally confirm. They offer to reschedule the same day and then offer to come set up your 4 year olds birthday bed set at midnight. I did edit this up to 3 as I went into the store to talk to them on why they kept cancelling. The managers I talked to did try to find out the issue and were willing to follow up. The cashier actually found out that the order was showing complete when in fact, one piece had been double booked to two orders. They don't know why or why the warehouse was not communicating the issue. So they kept rescheduling an order that would never be completed because no one else realized it was missing. If this had been communicated when they originally cancelled on the 5th while waiting on the chest, it all would have arrived at the same time and my child wouldn't be on a mattress on the floor. The managers did offer a discount on delivery, but at this point I did not trust the warehouse to ever communicate the problems. So we have scheduled for pick up. So the only reason this is not a one star, is because those in the store tried to do what they could to fix the issue. But being as the store does not have a direct line, dealing with the service line would have had me rescheduling for a missing piece over and over again.

Living Spaces is a great place to shop for a variety of different styles and pieces. I also REALLY appreciated that the sales people aren't on commission, so I know that they actually have my best interest at heart. We had a great experience and will be returning for our other furniture needs.

Visited this location with my son. He stated that it was a super nice place to buy furniture, and he was absolutely correct. What a fun store. They have everything you need furniture wise. They also have a nifty little play area for the kids to play at while you shop, brilliant! My favorite is the bar location where you can buy wine and beer, and the purchase of the spirits goes towards your purchase, also equally brilliant. I love the decor. The store was very clean and organized, and all the employees were very friendly and helpful, and most of all, not pushy salespersons. When I need furniture,'Living Spaces' is my next location of choice for furniture...

Jennifer was fantastic. I came in to look for a new kitchen table and dinning room furniture. Jennifer was extremely helpful, she showed great professionalism and kindness. she listened to what it was I wanted and was willing to demonstrate the products I was interested in. She took her time and researched different options for me and helped me to select a table set for my kitchen. I'm still trying to decide on which dinning room set will best fit into my new home. Once I do I will be back asking for Jennifer's help. I enjoyed my experience. She allowed me to make decisions for my needs and did not pressure me nor make me feel uncomfortable during the process. She is the ideal representative for your company.

One of my most positive shopping experiences. Haven't bought furniture in quite some time. Mary (in Recliner Dept) is amazing. It took 3 visits for me to make up my mind. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and very patient! Because of Mary, I will return to Living Spaces and recommend it to my friends.

This is the worst store I have ever experienced in terms of customer service. I purchased a L shape couched with the carefree warranty plan. I have had multiple legs break from nothing other than using the couch for its intended use, and I have tried multiple times to file warranty claims and it is impossible. There is no way to contact a direct person, you must use a secondary app called Warranty Service. That app reviews your claim, and each time has denied my claim for warranty with my carefree service and tells me to contact the store directly. Every time I go through the stores automated system, it tells me that this claim is easy to complete online and will not bring me to a person. If I could give a review less than 0, it still wouldn't be enough to express my dissatisfaction with this store. Keep in mind this is the first time ever in my life I have felt the need to post a review about a store, but I genuinely hope this runs out of business.

Very friendly, polite, and helpful staff.Guided my husband and I to the many leather sofa choices in their huge inventory out on the floor.The manager herself was informative about sales and how their company was rated. Overall, a welcoming experience.

One would think that for overpriced furniture, the process to exchange a damaged product would be easy, but is so difficult and inefficient to exchange, and the product was damaged per their delivery. Also, it seems like the Living Spaces personnel I was working with could be offered further training as they were un professional and was not able to assist. Buy furniture elsewhere, not sure how they are still in business.

PROS Better Cancellation policy (i.e until 48 hours before delivery) Decent range of products CONS Rude behavior on sales floor Poor customer service (Pflugerville Store never call's back in case of issues) Lack of consideration on case by case basis While I found a decent choice of products with reasonable quality, I found it was very challenging with few cashiers and managers at Pflugerville store to work with. Especially their level of acumen to handle customers on case by case basis is very low hurting the chances of repeated business. Besides that Living spaces delivered a defective bed and had to wait for 10 days for replacement. Despite of several tickets by online team, Pflugerville store never called me to discuss few issues related to delivery and returns etc. In a nutshell, while Living spaces has reasonable products the majority of workforce at Pflugerville store needs to improve on customer relationship and management skills. I would not recommend this store.

This is a difficult one. Going in the store and working with Jo, absolutely wonderful and can’t thank her enough for help us shop for our home. That deserves 5 stars. The difficult part is the “customer service” if you can even call it that, that doesn’t even deserve one star. Our delivery was canceled twice without notice, the only reason why I found out was by calling customer service and asking what the arrival ETA was. I highly recommend their products but save yourself time, trouble and money and just bring the furniture home yourself.

Everyone who helped us out both days to help us decide on our new furniture were amazing. Liked how there was no pressure on purchasing and at the end we were able to customize our furniture. Also, amazing that this store can ship to a city that has the closes store about 6 hours away. Will continue to purchase from this place for a long time.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM REVIVE. My wife bought me a $200 pillow and did not open it. I decided to return it a week later for a different brand and was told they do NOT refund anything in Revive. I did not even open the packing and could not return or exchange it. I have used this stores for years and will now never be back.

Don't order online, they are perfectly acceptable with you waiting for an hour to get your order even when the forklift driver is not pulling any orders.
