Very honest people. They did not try to rip me off. I went for an oil change and they went over the car report. They told me the one thing I do need in the near future are new tires. They are professional and friendly. This was my first time going and I will be coming back.

My husband took his car for a noise he heard while driving his truck. They claim they fixed it we paid $1800 and when he left his check engine light came on which was not on before he took it. They tried to slightly tell him before he left that it might come on. How the hell it may come on and it was never on before. They knew they messed up. We end up taking it to the dealership and found out what they fixed wasn't even the problem. I'm very pissed and will never refer anyone to them. They are not honest people and should be ashamed.

Lamb's truly lives up to this and the guys at the Pflugerville store go above and beyond, not once in a while but each and every time.
Pflugerville Lamb's is truly the Home of our mechanic.
we are now a year later, and this shop is still my mechanic, Noah, and team are truly going the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied, and their system providing pictures and all, makes it a terrific experience

For anyone who actually needs a repair job to be finished in a timely matter please please please Do Not Come Here. My car has been out of commission going on a month now. The first week I was quoted a price to get my transmission replaced, which I know is a big job, and told that whenever I come in it would be simple since they already had a part. They lied. I come in and they tell me to drop off the car, then call me to give me new quotes and to come back and put a deposit. I don't have transportation dude, they have my car. I come back, this is the 2nd week, and they say perfect we'll get it ordered and then we can go from there. I'm sorry but the part isn't even ordered yet!? They never told me that, and it's going to be the weekend now so once again I'm without transportation. 3rd week I call for an update, they then tell me that the part hasn't come in yet when they literally told me it would be shipped in last week. I call Wednesday and they say the part came in and hopefully it'll be finished by Friday. I called Friday and then they said it'll be more like Monday because of issues/delays. I am beyond frustrated, this is extremely poor service and unprofessional. I've been told every time that there's a delay that promised it'll be done or someone will get to it the next day or the day after that. I need my car for work, if I can't work then I can't get paid, if I can't get paid then I can't pay my bills, if I can't pay my bills then I'm going to look at being homeless. I only chose lamb's because they said they had the part and it would be done within 2-3 days not 4 weeks later. I've been having to Uber back and forth as well to the establishment costing me over $200. This is just ridiculous, and I just need the job to get done so I can be done with this.

Was easy went to shop because I think the car needs AC fix, but they checked and no found nothing wrong.
Glad to chose this store, because the last time went to other place they charged and don't fixed the problem.Well like I said was before at this place and they did great and easy

Wes and his crew have always treated us well and our automotive issues are always addressed. They always go above and beyond to ensure our needs have been met. I honestly am so very impressed! Not only was my oil change great....they ROTATED MY TIRES... did the fluid checks... and sent me a very thorough report WITH COLOR PHOTOS with recommendations for maintenance service work from my manufacturer
On time, extremely professional and knowledgeable! And...a great coupon...50% off. But.. even without the coupon, I have paid more at the drive in places abd not received anywhere near the service. Coupon or not... this is where I'll be going from now on!
