You don't get a text when it's your turn, and there is no screen to show the estimated time.
The equipment is broken.

Miss Dolores was a delight! Having blood drawn is not my favorite. I did not feel a thing! She was quick and super friendly. She is a gentle soul who works very hard making sure every patient is seen very quickly. 5 star service!!! Thank you Miss Dolores!

I show up at 4:40 pm because Google maps says they close at 5:30. I even called at 4 pm to see if I needed an appt, and it directed me to voicemail. When I showed up, the lady rolled her eyes at me and said they quit doing urine drug tests at an earlier time in the day and I said oh, it says y’all close at 5:30. Then she said, well really we close even at 5:15.
If she was nice about it and had even a little compassion for the fact that I drove way out of the way for their service and then was disappointed, I wouldn’t be writing this review. So rude.

Horrible experience at this LabCorp location. The lady working at this clinic is extremely rude, ill mannered and totally unprofessional. We expect LabCorp management to remove such staff from their offices, staff like her have no care for the patient. Her rudeness is astounding, management please look into this ASAP.

Made an appointment and when I showed up on the Friday before Labor Day, not on Labor Day, there was a paper sign saying they were closed. No explanation. No one would answer the phone and i tried calling other labcorp locations and thye wouldn't answered either. I fasted until 2 PM for the appointment.

I got in fast I came in 430 and it’s says online they close at 530 but they decided to close at 5 the day I came in. As I did get in fast the lady was rushing so much that when she went to draw blood she gave me no warning and just went for my arm that I pulled back out of panic and she gave me such a nasty glare for being panicked by her trying to rush jamming a needle in me. Was very upset with this establishment for that reason alone considering I’ve had very painful experiences with needles and this lady took no precaution to make sure it was the right time to be jamming a needle in so quick.

I had to get blood work done and Delores was so kind and helpful after learning that I get really nervous through the process. She talked to me and distracted while being gentle through the entire procedure. Thank you so much!!

Delores made my experience very good!! I usually faint when I get my lab samples taken. Delores was very kind, professional, and skilled, so I did not pass out!! 5 stars to her for making a dreaded experience actually very pleasant.

Went here twice for bloodwork. I had a good experience because the phlebotomist who work here was able to find my vein in 1 go both time when my Dr office and other labcorp I been to couldn't.

If I could choose zero stars, I would. Had to get a drug screen for school, tried calling to make an appointment all week until I was able to get off of work. I finally had to just show up as a walk-in & the lady was giving me a whole speech about coming at an inconvenient time (which isn’t stated on their website). Told her I had tried calling all week to schedule, was being entirely rude, speaking to me as if I was less than. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND coming here ever. The only reason I had to stay was because I had already set the drug screen location when I purchased it for my university.

If I could give this shady outfit zero stars I would. After arriving and checking in on 3/19/2024 at 10:00am, the unprofessional and rude attendant was supposed to text me when my turn came up. It never happened so after waiting 40 minutes I decided to go in and knock on the door. Instead of apologizing she came up with some story about not finding some documentation and said she couldn’t do my blood work. The place was dirty, bloody stains everywhere and messy. A complete waste of time. Avoid this location like the plague

Dosen't matter if you have an appointment. You will wait. You will wait all day because they have people who don't even show up. Or they violate hippa by bringing two people back at the same time. Then verify all your information and why you are there in front of them. The lab person will be wearing open toe sliders as well. You will call the manager and nothing will be done about your hippa violation. They will never call you back hoping you will forget.
