The movers were on time, friendly, efficient and completed the move in 2 hours less than the time quoted on the estimate. We had a small mishap during our move in which one of our office desks was broken. The owner of the company did reach out to us after the move and we were able to reach an agreement that I was happy with! Things happen, not everything can go perfect every time, but I appreciated the owner of the company reaching out personally to get the issue resolved.

Do not recommend.-10 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment(I had already packed and disassembled all furniture)-Arrived late-would take extended breaks, my ring camera caught them just sitting and talking on my couch-took 1.5 hrs for a 15 min drive, they blamed it on traffic( there was none)-the supervisor was yelling on the phone demanding I pay 1400 or my items would not get unloaded from the truck- they were moving so slow two neighbors decided to help them as it was already late at nightI’ve moved many times, never had I witnessed such unprofessional behavior, for my move in, it was a similar move and it took 3 hours not 10.—————————————————————Was quoted 2 hours for about $400 but it took more than 9 hours and they held my stuff until I paid $1400.

Called them for an almost last minute move and they were pretty reasonable. Robin and Anthony moved me this morning and they were amazing. They handled my things with care and did everything in a timely manner. Would recommend this company to others and use their services again.

What an all around lovely experience. It all started with their awesome marketing with the empty box on our doorstep with a flyer. Next, the quoting process from Andrew was quick & top notch. Then, when Cole and her squad arrived to pack on Friday, I was far beyond pleased. Lastly, when Cole and her squad showed up on Saturday to move, I already knew we were in good hands. Everything went as planned, and I really appreciate you. And, the level of communication and updates was perfect. THANK YOU to the entire group! Cole and Matt were awesome with both packing us up for renovations and then unloading three months later! They were quick, careful, extremely polite, and kind! Nobody likes moving, but House N Box made it less painful! Clear, timely communication throughout from everyone! Thanks!!

I needed a last minute same day move and these guys came through! They did a great job and I’m still shocked at how fast they loaded and unloaded my stuff. I’m definitely booking service again!

Andrew and Cole helped me move from an apartment to a house. The whole packing, moving and unpacking process was very quick, neat and professional. Andrew is very responsive and did a great job of accommodating with my needs. Will definitely refer them to my friends. Cheers!

Wowza! I was very cautious when we got movers because of the horror stories I’ve heard about other companies really taking their time to get more money out of clients. Not with House N Box Movers!Cole and Dom were very courteous and worked very diligently to get the job done effectively. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I had a few very heavy pieces of commercial equipment that needed to be picked up from a couple locations. The team were on time, efficient, and careful with the equipment. Everyone was professional and friendly, and the quote was less than anyone else.

I was all set to go with a past company until I received a packing box on the porch of my new house advertising House and Box. It was an interesting marketing tactic so I checked their reviews and saw 5 stars. I gave them a shot and I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t recommend them more. I had to reschedule a few times and Kevin was always friendly and helpful. Dom, Dee and Traff showed up with smiles and worked a LONG day. I ended up needing two trips because we have so much stuff and when they finished at 9 pm they still had their smiles and asked if we needed any more help. There was also good communication during the move, with them double checking where to put things and letting us know when they were starting and stopping the clock for lunch and traveling. Having friendly movers is amazing since you’ll be working side by side with them for 12 or so hours. I’ve already recommended them to family! I also found their price to be very affordable and competitive.

Highly recommend! What a professional and enthusiastic team that showed up to move our family even though it was raining and eventually sleeting on our move day. Moving is one of the most stressful and difficult endeavors and the team from House N Box showed up with a GREAT attitude ready to go to work to get our family into our new home. I can't say enough about Cole and Matt who stayed with us right through the end helping us get beds and tables and couches set up in our new place. Overall GREAT experience!!! Thanks to the whole House N Box team from our whole family!
