They have the worst customer service. They are not professional at all. I refill my medication monthly. They never have it ready, and gives me an attitude every time I call. I have received the wrong medication, I don’t know who runs this pharmacy, but they do not care about the customers.

Excellent example of a supermarket and pharmacy. Khue at the pharmacy took the time to search for discounts for our meds...without even being asked to do so. Thats above and beyond!

Neepi was Amazing helping me :-) I have a bad eye infection and my drops were going to come out to almost $80, i was getting ready to call it quits and leave my eye infected, but Neepi was able to get me a better price for my drops and ended up paying almost $20. THANK YOU H-E-B PHARMACY <3

The technicians and pharmacist were the best I have ever seen, hands down! They were friendly, helpful and quick. They definitely helped me to get my prescriptions and get on my way!

The person who answered the phone was not able to look anything up for me (lazy). She said she could not confirm refill would be completed even though I have 11mths of refills. She said it was up to the pharmacist (what?!?). My meds are critical. Her customer service is much to be desired. She needs communication skills training. Too bad bc I have several meds and this HEB is close by. Can’t risk a pharmacy messing up my meds.

The HEB on Wells Branch has always offered great customer service, respect and the sense of being a valued customer. I kept them as my pharmacy even after moving to another side of town. Unfortunately the HEB Pharmacy staff on Springdale seem to be unfriendly, unapproachable and bothered by a customer’s questions or request. At times their responses tend to be short and edgy. However my last experience with the Springdale HEB was over 5 months ago. They may have changed things.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. They don't care at all. You have to call they so they can work on you prescription after the doctor send it. You need to wait on the drive through forever to get you medicine.

2 part review: my own experience and the lady next to me.I had a prescription called in Wednesday, supposed to start it Thursday, very important medication. They did not fill it because "my insurance was not on file." I knew this was not true because the insurance had been called in Wednesday. They told me it would not be ready until Friday, then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I called back and told them they needed to make it right, because if there was an issue with insurance, they should have called me to verify whatever they needed to. So I go to get it Thursday evening after speaking to the pharmacist, she was able to get it done.As I'm sitting there waiting, a Black woman was next to me and the guy at the window, Christian, was being really dismissive and rude to her. She had apparently been told her meds would be ready 3/31, and it was 4/1. She stressed how important it was, and he told her to go inside or pull back around, so he was going to make her wait much longer for a medication she had been told was ready. Then suddenly when she refused to move, he changed his story and claimed they did not have it. Then they said they had it but it wasn't authorized, then suddenly it was but they didn't have it again- they kept changing their story with her, and did not call a manager for her. Since there are 2 lanes, I parked my car and waited until she was helped. Now suddenly that they couldn't ignore the problem with both lanes blocked, they hastily made some calls and she was able to get her medication.I would not have felt it was necessary to park had Christian not been so rude to her, and I had the feeling that if I drove off she would be ignored and made to wait another day.He has been dismissive and disrespectful to other customers there and needs to check his attitude.This pharmacy has a history of being less helpful to Black and Latino customers, I have had times where I waited in line and saw them work with white customers politely and take time with them, then suddenly the next customer is Black and they're in a rush all of a sudden.This is not a good way to represent HEB.

What I experienced from this pharmacy yesterday was short of criminal. The pharmacy tech by the name of Christian threatened to not give me my medication because I refused to move or come inside after waiting in line for over 15 minutes.This young man first claimed my medication was awaiting prior authorization. I inquired about the cost of loaners and suddenly he was able to see that the prior authorization had in fact been approved. Okay problem solved you would think. No.Christian claimed it would take approximately 15 minutes to get my medication ready. Great. He then told me to either come inside or swing back around and get in line. I told him no. I was informed on March 30th that my medication would be available on March 31st after 9 A.M.Christian then said, “Bet. You won’t get your medication then.” I asked Christian was he threatening me then asked him to get a manager. He claimed no one was available and proceeded to argue. I demanded to speak with someone over him and he walked away.A pharmacy employee (name unknown) an Asian woman came to assist me. Without looking or doing any research claimed that my medication was not available. The same medication that Christian claimed would be available in 15 minutes!Long story short the customer in the lane next to me overheard everything and sat in line until the pharmacy employee resolved my issue. I ended up driving over to another HEB Pharmacy to get my medication.
