Used the automated washer on left side of the 2. Cleaned my car well, just scratched my new Ridgeline pretty good on rh door. Need to adjust sensors or check scrubber rubbers for damage.

I swiped my debit card just to wet and soap my car...the screen only said 3 dollars, I did it a second time to finish washing my car....they charged $15 for each swipe of my debit card at total $30. What these people have done is a robbery.

This place used to be 5 star status, but they recently replaced the drive through car wash systems and added an additional bay. I thought great! Not so much, the wash is not thorough and the dryers are horrible. They may as well not even bother with the dryer. To top it off the price has gone up about $2 per wash. The new systems worked so much better. I'm not getting my monies worth.

I paid $8 for the first round but the brush left my car dirty. I went for a second round I deposited another $7 and now the machine is stuck my car is covered in suds. I tried calling the phone number but they have the number straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. Please please please turn around and go somewhere else. for the amount of money I wasted I could've driven up the street and gotten better service. I've waiting 10 min looking for someone to restart the machine. I'm thinking about calling the better business bureau. they need to shut down this place!! I'll never comeback to this place Is a joke. All they want is to steal your money. I bet you I love and then the machine will work. I know someone is watching the cameras and they have refused to show their face to help. Worse customer service.

Can't get a reply when the machine eats your money.
The car wash on Howard and heatherwilde would always make it right when the machines would eat our money, but I can't even get a reply from the phone number posted at each wash bay.
Be cautious when putting in $5 Bills. You won't get your money back.

Went through the automatic car wash. When I came out my car still had dirt on it in the front bumper The brushes didn't even get it off. Was disappointed that I had to figure out how to get the extra dirt off...

Giving five stars I'm editing my previous review. My money was returned in a very very timely manner the gentleman was super understanding and nice. Absolutely no problem I enjoyed washing my own car for once I will use this car wash again ?
Yes it is April 4th 2024 at 12:14 p.m. I put $5 in the change machine and got nothing back there was no light saying that of order it didn't spit the $5 back or anything. I called the number nobody answered and I couldn't leave a message cuz of voicemail was full. If the owners of this happened to read this review and can get back to me I would really appreciate it cuz I really don't like throwing $5 away. I mean that's at least a gallon of gas ? and if I get my money back in a timely manner I will change my star rating of you. Very upset that I couldn't contact anybody about this, I really don't like just giving you $5. I mean I did pay a lot of money to wash my car there it's not like I just came to get change

I used my card to rinse my car and they charged my card $15.00 twice. I asked for one refund and no one is calling me back or responding to my messages. DON'T USE YOUR CARD THERE!
