Use to be a great company, they are the worse now, do not stock any thing now better to order from Amazon. They won't last long

Customer service was beyond expectations! Have dealt with other similar companies and locations around the area and experienced nothing but added work and headaches to get the products delivered. Will definitely be using this Fastenal location going forwards.

Went in looking for some help with a bolt and so call reps were rude didnt want to help one bit, ask for management they didnt want to give any info about it, call corporate they gave me district managers number i called and no answer....Never again will i do bussines with ya'll.....
