I went in yesterday for a specific style and cut. I was there four hours. I HATE what I got. I cried my whole way home. I love my color but the cut is not what I wanted AT ALL. we agreed to cut only 2 inches off. she cut WAY more. when she turned me around I even said “oh.. this is way shorter then what I wanted“ and she said “but it’s cute I love it” I emailed then to let them know how upset I was because I spent 200$ plus tip. they said that hair does grow back and they’re giving me 3 free deep conditioning washes. I dont want that. I want my hair back. call me dramatic but its taken years to grow my hair as long as it was. I will post pics so you guys can see what i’m taking about.
First photo is what I asked for but in black. middle pic is how long my hair was before and last photo is what I got. I get ppl may say it’s cute and looks good but we did not agree on cutting more than two inches… if you guys don’t want you hair shorter than it is than I would suggest on NOT going here.

Horrible place! They damaged my hair. I had to get a very short haircut because my hair feels like gum. I don’t recommend this place!

Horrible place! They damaged my hair, they used low quality products and also spoiled products. I regret going to this place. Pésimo lugar! Me quemaron mi cabello por usar peroxido caducado. Me cobraron $450 dólares, mi pelo quedó quemado cada que me baño parece chicle se me cae en montones. Me ofreciero ponerme tratamiento sin servicio pero después de como me quemaron mi pelo no regreso ni auque lo agan gratis!

I have been going to Fairlady Salon for two years and have a great experience every time. All of the stylists I have had are excellent and make a real effort to find out what you want and give their input and suggestions. The salon is very accommodating and responsive to my requests and needs.

Went here for a haircut and color treatment, first time there. I had a horrible work week, and the young lady I had, Kaitlyn (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), made all my stresses melt away! Seriously, she was by far the sweetest stylist I've ever met. She listened to my every needs/wants and was also very transparent with me which I greatly appreciated. I felt like I had made a new friend. :) They are all very attentive and professional to their clients, and Kaitlyn made sure to check in with me many times before coloring or cutting my hair further throughout the appointment.
