First come, first served. May be a long wait (4+ hours), but they have a texting system to advise you when to return. The staff is very nice, and the prices are very reasonable (lower than any other place in town guaranteed).

The staff needs to clean the outside of front entrance. It's nasty and looks like a lot germs. It looks bad.

Ok. So...the way this establishment handles "appointments" is asinine.
Noone gets a technical appointment. People cut in front of others. I had a girl threaten to hit me. I don't know how they operate safely. The staff does nothing to try and create order. I almost called the cops. One of the vet techs said the landlord could care less. Young people thinking they are entitled to cutting and yelling to get their way. The techs were great. The front staff was horrible. They should hold people accountable for that behavior. I know they have been threatened to be evicted. Personally unless they fix this issue I suggest they do!

I have a dog I rescued I called a week ago and still know one has called me back. This is very disappointing considering how expensive the local vets are. I have a momma dog from a puppy mill who needs to be spayed asap.

Took my cat here to check a possible infection on his left eye and they didn't even stand up from the chair to check on him ,all they when I came in was that they could not do anything for him and to take him to a different vet .
About 5 girls at the front ,just sitting there ,wow.

Emancipet worked through the night to find a surgeon to come in on short notice to preform an emergency spay on my pet and saved its life. From the hotline employees reaching out at late/early hours to get me set up to the amazing staff at this location, I owe them far more than the price I had to pay and will forever be grateful and recommend them as much as I can.
