He also shares simple tips on how you can participate in the upkeep of your equipment. I've been taking my amps to Ben 1-2x a year since about 2016 for routine maintenance and my gear has not failed in the studio or on stage since he began servicing my gear.It's important to support local music businesses, especially in Austin. “After checking two other locations, this location had the necessary part in stock (Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 factory-installed inner screen screen protector). Dropping off the device went smoothly and the time estimate for the repair was accurate. However, the installation left something to be desired as several pieces of small debris were left under the new screen protector when it was applied. This wasn't communicated to me and I didn't notice until opening the device to use the inner screen later. Thankfully it doesn't seem to be an issue, but it's both noticeable and disappointing.”
“Trusting your phone to someone for a fix is always a scary experience, but Autumn P did an amazing job with customer service, soothing our nerves and did an awesome repair on a pretty hefty crack on my wife’s phone. She took the time to explain all of our options, give us recommendations and then gave us time to decide without any pressure.She also made recommendations for us based on what we told her and did a great job protecting our other devices!
