My wife and I decided to visit with Jeff to better understand our retirement investment options. The wealth of knowledge he provided us was exactly what we were looking for. More importantly, he took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing. I highly recommend Jeff if your looking for sound financial advice!

I was approached by Jeff Stefek several years ago at my front door. The first time I declined as I do for almost 100% of people who come to my door which contains (2) No Soliciting signs. The second time (not sure why), I decided to give me a chance and set an appointment for my wife and I to meet at his small office. We did so and went through all the scenarios and proceeded with his recommended plan. For the first year or two, I received calls and emails on a regular basis. While I recognize that I was not the most responsive to these calls as I was busy with this thing called life, they pretty soon started to become non existent. At a point when Jeff has become more established, he brought in another advisor name Joseph Jeffers which I quickly started receiving calls. I advised him AND Jeff's staff (Stephanie) that I was uninterested in being transferred to another advisor. They agreed to leave things as they were. I guess I was to small for Jeff at this point. Well, time passed and I didn't think much of it when I started receiving emails from Joseph Jeffers at his own location. Thought this was strange as I had directly stated on multiple occasions that I DID NOT want to be transferred. Obviously, my request had been ignored by Jeff and he moved me along as I was not a big enough account for him to bother with. I left a VM for Jeff during business hours and never received a return call. I then decided to call again and got Stephanie who said Jeff was unavailable and would call me back. It wasn't 10 minutes before I received a call from Joseph Jeffers (the one I was force transferred to). I was on another call and could not accept. To say the service and loyalty was unacceptable is an understatement at best. It appears to this client that small investors need not apply! Its unfortunate that this happened as I am now at a point to start aggressively investing and will be moving to another company with better customer service and loyalty with less fees. Very unprofessional Jeff.

I have now had an account with Edward Jones for 8 plus years. I was working with a different advisor with Edward Jones and I was losing money. I never received any communication and I felt unimportant. I looked up Jeff and went in for a meet and greet with my husband. He had flexible office hours which worked well with our busy schedules. I have never felt more comfortable sitting in an office talking about money and my future. I explained what I wanted, he listened and has succeeded in helping me plan for future retirement. His knowledge and ability to interpret my needs/wants were amazing. My investments are growing and I don't have any anxiety of whether or not my best interests are being taken care of. If you are looking for a Financial Advisor, I highly recommend Jeff.
