Terrible customer service. Left vehicle overnight and said they would work on it first thing. Heard nothing from them and when I called to follow up, they said they didn’t have any notes on it! Really disappointing, could’ve had it fixed somewhere else by now. Also the person answering the phone could have handled it way better. Shame on you guys for losing potential business.
Edit: When I came back to get my car, Alex took care of me real quick. Appreciate his help and professional demeanor.

Been using Discount Tire for decades. Only trust them. Consistently receive thorough, professional, courteous service- so why go anywhere else for new tires and any repairs tires may need

Bad attitude from front desk management team. Dropped the car off for a scheduled tire replacement and when I returned they acknowledged they forgot about the car, sounded like someone cancelled on accident. I understand stuff happens but the not my problem non apologetic attitude is really poor form for a respected business like DT.

They broke the lug nuts . They hid it from me and said we can't do that. I waited five hours.
Very bad service. I don't recommend it at all.
For this service, even 1 star feedback is too much.

Pathetic service. Long que and bad attitude. Less staffs and long waiting time. Terrible customer service and they need to hire more people and be quicker than this kinda cheap service.

Most poorly managed discount tire I have ever been too.
Stopped for air only, today. No acknowledgement, waited minutes before a red shirt yelled, need air, and then yelled for a technician.

Fast, friendly and professional service! That is why Discount Tire is the only company I will use.
Went in for a tire rotation and was in and out in 19 minutes. Definitely make an online appointment and get there early.

I came in because my tire pressure light came on long story short the store manager was too kind even tho I wasn’t being the kindest . Money problems can do that to you knowing you have to buy a tire out of nowhere well he took care of me and made sure that I was on my way home safe. Thank you sir for your patience even tho I was not the nicest. I will continue to get my tires here.

I was having a horrific experience with a blowout on a back tire. It was suggested that I visit the Discount Tire Store in Phleugerville, Texas.A man named Elijah took care of me.
He took excellent care in a timely manner and had me back on the road in less than an hour.
Kudos to Elijah and Discount Tires!

Brought in my car with a leak in both rear tires. Walked in expecting to be sold on needing to replace them at $300 a pop. After they inspected the tires, they said, "no, we were able to just partch/repair them", saving me a small fortune. Good service, nice staff and a pleasant surprise.

I made an appointment online and they got my vehicle in the garage within 10mins of that time. Everything went smoothly and I got 4 new tires done within 45mins. Service was great and staff was nice.

Matt was able to get me in and out within the hour. Was very knowledgeable and also helped me locate my other account that had my other two tires on it. So I was able to get 4 brand new tires Discounted WITH my warranty from my old tires. Killer crew. Works hard. Thanks, Discount Tire!
