It’s a CVS, can’t expect instant results and it seems a lot of people need to slow down in life. It’s about the same as any of the other CVSs around these parts.

Trash pharmacy and trash employees, they can rarely fill a prescription and when then have the supplies it takes a full business day

They insist that you use the kiosk when they know that they're broken. Rather than just opening a cash register, they have their employees hover so that you have to use your card for five times before it will finally accept the charge. It's completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I am going to start using another pharmacy rather than deal with the bs.

Place was clean, and conveniently located. Unfortunately, they didn’t have what I needed but I browsed for a while since they have cool little things in the impulse section by registers/self checkout. The cashier was great, she pointed me toward what I was looking for. She was pretty quick and friendly even though it was kinda busy. She even had to deal with a rude lady while I was there, but she handled the situation well. I had to give her props because it was clear that lady just wanted to argue! I’ve definitely been there and know it can be difficult to deal with the entitlement of some. Not sure why the lady didn’t just go to the self checkout? Anyway, keep your head up Stephanie! (I believe that was her name, or Tiffany)

Went to the minute clinic for testing. I did precheck in, so all I had to do was verify my info and was seen right away. The whole visit took about 20 minutes. Quick and easy.

Most unprofessional employees! I came in 40 minutes after my consultation at cvs health clinic hoping my prescription was ready after a line of 6 people. Once it was my turn I am approach by another client who was annoyed with her husband who was upset because there was an issue with his prescription. This made employees uncomfortable. When it was my turn to get my prescription I am told I don't have anything to pick up. So I hand over my receipt with my medication Information. The cashier walks off and comes back a few minutes and then tells me to walk over to the clinic and ask whoever helped me at the clinic to tell them to call the pharmacy so the prescription gets sent. I walk towards the clinic , obviously the doors were closed and then I walk back as an employee offered to call but this whole process took 15 minutes just for the pharmacy to figure out if they did have enough medicine supply. Once my name was called I finally picked up my prescription just before lunch but I ended up paying way more than I was told. I will definitely not come back to this location or clinic!

Horrible service. I was double charged, both on my credit card when i was in the store and my wife’s card. Never heard of something like that! How could you charge people twice! What kind of system is that? I reported the issue and was told the site manager is going to contact me and fix the issue but he or she never did!

Staff are pleasant but this is always a busy pharmacy. Avoid the drive thru if you’re in a hurry.

Like a previous reviewer said, they really don't care about their customers at all. I complained about the fact that I was charged twice (one on my credit card, the other on my wife's credit card), the pharmacy manager made up a bunch of excuses. He was trying to diffuse the question and kept saying ultimately there should be only one final charge. Well, that's two different things. I told them it's either a system bug of yours or your staff is not trained well. Business 101, don't charge customers twice. These people never say sorry. This is the worst pharmacy ever!!!!

I switched from heb to this pharmacy per my insurance recommendation. I called the pharmacy as I had 6 days of medication left. They stated I need to wait 4 more days before insurance would pay for it. Get a call yesterday my rx is ready. 3 cars deep in pick up window (40m wait) just for them to tell me it's being delivered. I asked "why did you call me?" Valid question and the pharmacist is kinda rude, tells me if I don't get it to come back. I'll be going back to HEB

This has been my go-to place for getting shots and COVID testing. Easy appointments online and I've done drive-through for both and have gone inside as well. Nice, clean waiting area. People attending were friendly.

Worst experience ever I was picking up an order then I remembered to get something else at that time I got a phone call from my kids school that my kid was sick I put back the items trying to hurry up to pick up my kid I might put the items in the wrong spot didn’t even think about it two employee ladies stopped me at the door and started yelling at me when I was still on the phone with the teacher saying “don’t hide stuff” I just told them I was thinking to come back to buy them later but this is so embarrassing and I’m not coming back ever. I’m sorry I didn’t put the three things back on their place I didn’t have time for that.
