We visit this cvs at least once a week to say the least. I have witnessed Maribel Hernandez who states to be the store manager disrespecting employees and belittling them. In an incident where my son was holding a cane Maribel Hernandez yelled at my son and told me “I need to do better at raising my son because she does not know how to behave”. Maribel Hernandez does not have the professionalism nor the work ethic or customer service skills to be a manager or to work in customer service.

Taryn is awesome. My first visit here and she helped me find what I needed and she helped me save money too. Thanks CVS!

I came to this cvs at 8:42am and the store was closed. The store hours that were posted and on Google clearly reads the store front opens at 8am.
It is now 9:12am and this location is STILL not open.

CVS: it must stand for "Cheat Vex Steal"
Went in with a GoodRx card and coupons to pick up prescriptions today
They didn't honor the GoodRx published prices, instead charging way more, claiming these WERE the GoodRx prices. One Rx was They were not. One was $54.63 instead of the GoodRx price of $23.49, and the other was $17.76 instead of $13.00. Highway robbery.
Can't wait to see them close this store like other CVS locations in town. Remember the store on Dessau? Remember the one on 1825? You can't rob people blind and not expect the word to get around.
There are better and less expensive places to get your prescriptions filled nearby than from these sorry thieves in white coats.

The service at this CVS has always been excellent, I have visited it numerous times and I have no doubt that it is my favorite. The Store Manager Maribel is excellent in her dealings with the public, welcoming customers and at the checkout she is very friendly.

The pharmacist we just spoke to was so rude. After talking to us like we were stupid for just responding to her questions, we gave her a slip for moving pharmacies and she went on about how bad our handwriting was (which was definitely not bad enough to comment on, but seriously? Why even say anything at all, incredibly unprofessional). We were kind to her the entire time and she left us feeling so upset and honestly uncomfortable. We’ll be moving pharmacies immediately.

I paid cash to reload my PayPal card. First of all there was no one at the checkout counter & I had to wait. Then I was asked for my driver's license to pay cash , it was scanned. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS! Then a manager had to be called to approve the transaction....?!?!?! WHY?!?!?!?! Then finally the transaction was almost complete the cashier closed his register without giving me my change?!?!?!?!?!?!?! In the past I would sometimes shop at this location, & have had a vaccine....NO MORE! NOT EVER AGAIN!!!!

Spoke to a young lady with glasses who was extremely rude, entitled and unhelpful. Worst experience I've had at a cvs will not be coming back.

Ive used CVS for so many years. I do however try other pharmacies to see how will CVS is doing in comparison. I have to say at this point CVS is still my number one place for meds. I like the prices on supplements. They have good deals on other items that cater to my needs. ?

We've been using this pharmacy for 6 years, for the entire family - that is 15 prescriptions between all of us. The quality has gone downhill. The pharmacist is great, but all of her techs are incompetent, untrained, rude, and lazy.In the last few months, I've had multiple issues with my prescription, including being told I needed a PA that I didn't need, that they had sent PAs that theyd never sent, etc.Today was the final straw. I drove up at 6:30pm after I got the text saying today was the last day my kid's medicine would be available. The techs can't find the prescription in their computer. "Is it at another location?" No, we only use this one, and the address was in the text. "Are you sure it wasn't another pharmacy?" Yes, we only use CVS, we have to use CVS...They refuse to check again and tell me to call her doctor. I get home and check the bottle - it is CVS and it IS that location. I call them back, please just check again. "Oh, it's here. You can come back." I can't come back now, when do you close?" They tell me 8pm, I say I can be there by 8. I drive up and am parked at the window at 7:58pm, but they've already closed the metal gate. I still wait until 8:07 on the off chance they'll acknowledge me and I can ask they hold the medicine for tomorrow. They don't. They closed early, after messing up. Never apologized and never tried to make it right. So, after two trips there and a phone call, my kid still doesn't have her meds and won't get them until tomorrow after school, after yet another phone call and another trip. Please, if you have to use CVS, drive the extra 5 mins to any other location. This one sucks now. ?

I go to CVS more often at the one in Pflugerville by costco. PAT is the right person to deal with. Very nice lady, professional and very helpful. She has answers to everything.

Sat in a drive thru pharmacy line for over 30 minutes because they didn't want to ask a customer who was having insurance issues to come inside. The line was literally out the drive thru but no one thought it would be a good idea to have the customer either pull around or come inside to deal with their insurance issues. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to call to see why the line wasn't moving and I was told they didn't want to upset the customer by asking them to drive around or come in. So instead they let the drive thru get backed all the way up.
