It’s a busy location but they know what is on hand and when it can be ready. I currently have 3 persons in household that frequent this location. Try it!! You won’t be disappointed. I tried to send a package through them. It’s was a return on a defective product. I was told by UPS to take my barcode in to them. CVS told me they don’t do that. To take it to H-E-B. which is the right idea. USE H-E-B OVER CVS FOR EVERYTHING. Their prices are better and the people way nicer.

Most unprofessional employees! I came in 40 minutes after my consultation at cvs health clinic hoping my prescription was ready after a line of 6 people. Once it was my turn I am approach by another client who was annoyed with her husband who was upset because there was an issue with his prescription. This made employees uncomfortable. When it was my turn to get my prescription I am told I don't have anything to pick up. So I hand over my receipt with my medication Information. The cashier walks off and comes back a few minutes and then tells me to walk over to the clinic and ask whoever helped me at the clinic to tell them to call the pharmacy so the prescription gets sent. I walk towards the clinic , obviously the doors were closed and then I walk back as an employee offered to call but this whole process took 15 minutes just for the pharmacy to figure out if they did have enough medicine supply. Once my name was called I finally picked up my prescription just before lunch but I ended up paying way more than I was told. I will definitely not come back to this location or clinic!

Like a previous reviewer said, they really don't care about their customers at all. I complained about the fact that I was charged twice (one on my credit card, the other on my wife's credit card), the pharmacy manager made up a bunch of excuses. He was trying to diffuse the question and kept saying ultimately there should be only one final charge. Well, that's two different things. I told them it's either a system bug of yours or your staff is not trained well. Business 101, don't charge customers twice. These people never say sorry. This is the worst pharmacy ever!!!!

The CVS pharmacy staff goes above and beyond! I would come here over any other pharmacy in the area! Two minutes before close time I asked for a prescription to be pulled from a different state and filled here. They did it with a smile and no wait so I don't have to come back. Mind it, it was an easy, common one but they didn't have to do it! I am so thankful! CVS ❤️

I came to get a prescription and they couldn't find it. I called my doctor to try to figure out what happened and they said they did send it. I go back and I tell them that they can call the urgent care to verify and the Asian lady currently working there I didn't get her name told me that they were about to close and it was not closing time. You are going to deny a medicine when all you had to do is call the urgent care to verify and took me from my right to get some medicine to get better when you are still working.. horrible. That really ruined my night and now I have to drive around to find another pharmacy when I'm feeling horrible. What a joke of service.

The drive thru is horrible long due to the fact that some idiot thought it was a good idea to place a covid box in the drive thru. Now everyone suffers while these fools test themselves in the line while everyone else waits. MOVE THE BOX!!!!! It's ok to get the supplies from the drive thru but move the collection box to the front of the store to free up the drive thru for people needing prescription medication for which the drive thru sole purpose to for. I just need to move my families prescriptions to Walgreens where they're smart enough to honor the real purpose of what a drive thru is supposed to be.

They really don't care about the customer at all. We went to pick up an over the counter item through the drive thru and they told us to come back in twenty minutes. No explanation, no I'm sorry, just we can't help you right now. WTF? Who does this? People that don't care about your business. You are not to big to fail CVS. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Worst customer service experience ever. Who addresses customers by saying "what do you want?" and the attitude that follows even before hearing out the question and throughout the conversation? And this was coming from a senior employee or manager. The employees are rude and racist. CVS needs to train their people better. Will take my business elsewhere and definitely escalate to CVS corporate.

Got my first Covid vaccination at this location. The appointment website was very easy to use. When I arrived, everyone who helped me was extremely nice and courteous. I'm sure it's an added burden to put on an already busy place but I appreciate it so much.

The worst pharmacy ever! Scheduled a rapid covid test with them and waited 3 hours in the car. Called them every 30 mins and they just tell me to wait in the car for their call. Called them again 3 hours later and they said they have been trying to call me which is BS! I didn't get a call at all!!!! Then they said it was too late and they couldn't take me anymore??? What the F!!! Save your time and money and don't even bother to step into this CVS. Probably the reason why CVS had been going out of business.
