They actually responded to my email inquiry about pricing, had online scheduling that actually worked, answered all my questions with brutal honesty, did the job in a timely manner, and the end result rocks. A+ experience from beginning to end.Only fault: I found a typo on their website. I'm a nerd.

All my previous cars the last few years have been done by another local shop (Austin tint doctor). However, after some damage done to my wife's brand new audi Q3 glass, (cut film on winshield) left me a bit disappointed as I had to really press owner to get some kind of resolution (aka correct his mess up). After that mess was over, i purchased a new truck and needed some tint, so I decided to give Custom FX a shot and VERY glad I did. Their quality is top notch. They are a family owned shop that takes pride in their work.We had a small issue on my windshield film, but Jeremy did not hesitate to get it corrected and asked me to come back in and they would replaced it,no questions asked!Quality is absolutely very important,but I think how a shop handles issues is just as important.This shop is a little hidden gem,and HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking them out if you are in need of a QUALITY TINT SHOP that stands behind their work! I highly recommend their ceramic film,it's very good!Thank you guys again!!!!!

They were all so great and understanding when our GPS sent us to a VERY wrong location. We were almost 30 minutes late and they still did the job for us! Aside from that, they were done in an hour or less and my car looks amazing! Thank yall!Services: Sun control window tinting

Today I was struggling to find another birthday gift I could surprise my wife with for her birthday. While waiting on my daughter at her salon appointment, I thought about window tint for my wife’s vehicle. Why because it’s freaking hot here in Texas. Not Middle East hot, but pretty darn close! LoLI used Yelp to get some quotes, one quote couldn’t fit me in today. Another quote came in but I already found Custom FX Tint who were able to fit me in today.When I called I believe I spoke with Jeremy that stated he just had a cancellation. We agreed on a time but I wasn’t able to make it on the time we agreed on. I called again to let them know I was on my way and running late due to my daughter’s salon appointment going over the time we expected.They stated they would be able to fit me in today still. It was awesome news for me to hear because I really wanted to surprise my wife.They were professional and customer friendly both in person and over the phone.They have three options of window tint from Global Window Films. You can choose from QDP, HP CHARCOAL, and QDP Ceramic.I chose the QDP Ceramic film. I know Ceramic is the way to go for sure if you’re trying to beat the heat. I have used ceramic with one of my previous vehicles and I remember how it reduced the heat inside the vehicle.You can wait inside like I did. There are four chairs to sit on with one child seat. The total wait time is anywhere from an hour and half to two hours depending on your vehicle.You can also drop your vehicle off and come back when it’s ready!Overall, my experience was very pleasant and enjoyed my time while waiting for my vehicle here.I learned when they were finished with my vehicle they’re a family owned business with two brothers and their mother. They do offer a military discount upon requesting and showing the proper military or veteran ID. And you can schedule an appointment with them online, it take a $50 deposit that goes towards the cost of the window tint for your vehicle.Pretty awesome job keep it local in my book!!Official completion time for my vehicle which was a 2016 Ford Explorer was honestly in a hour.
