When did a customer service start going down hill here ?I go in ask for what I need suddenly the cashier starts giving me products I don’t buy having to go back and return them or acting like she cannot hear what I asked for and handing me wrong things very rude sarcastic and she thinks it funny very unprofessional she even said she is sarcastic todayVery sad and soooo far from what customer service should be

If you like convenience and don't mind paying the price for that convenience, then Crystal Food Mart is the place to be. Located just two blocks south of the southeast entrance to my Sorrento Community Subdivision of D R Horton new homes on Weiss Lane across from our famous Lake Pflugerville Recreational Park and Lake, it's not only the convenience that's top notch. The staff is friendly, well-trained, efficient, and helpful with any questions you may have about their stock on hand, their walk up restaurant menu, and their other services like air for your tires or available water for your vehicle. They always have plenty of paper towels and squeegees available on both sides of every trash receptacle at every gas pump throughout their Texaco top tier gasoline and diesel pump stations. I like the sheer professionalism and quick checkout when you're short on time for chit chat. If you need a receipt for gas or diesel and if your pump doesn't have printer paper out at your pump outside, just go back inside with your pump number and the dollar amount of your purchase, whether you prepay inside or pay with a debit, credit, company, or prepaid cash card, the cashier inside the store will quickly print out a paper receipt for your purchase records. Oh what a feeling when employees really care about their customer's needs. They really come to work everyday starting at 6 a.m. with a smile on their faces, great work ethics, and superb dedication when doing a fine job for each and every customer because they really do care about a job well done!!

Oct.20,2021 STORE#00370858 Texas, Pflugerville,Weiss Lane. Regular customer til this last experience. Went to use the ladies restroom and there was urine all over the seat. I let one of the associates know and even waited patiently for 10min. I waved my hand and said I need to use the restroom still. At this point I already knew he wasn’t going to clean it so he tells another associate which ignored as well. THREE male associates and none wanted to clean the toilet for me . I then got a bit more vocal and said give me some paper towels and disinfectant and I’ll do it in a very upsetting way. He hands me gloves, paper roll and windex. A male customer seen this and stepped in telling the employees someone needs to clean the toilet for me and that I was a customer and shouldn’t have to clean it. DONT USE THE RESTROOMS!!!!!

Place has skimmers is the gas pumps and maybe inside. Myself and people from my neighborhood have been reporting skimming here for years.

I tried to fuel my vehicle at pump one which kept glitching. I then tried another pump, which worked fine. Fearing that my credit card information was compromised on pump one, I went inside the store to voice my fears. They told me unapologetically that pump one doesn't work. So the owners know that the pump doesn't work, do not mark the pump as out of order but instead they are intentionally trying to frustrate the customers without any apologies. Needless to say, they will no longer get my business.

The staff working at this place is great! The store is always clean, there is never any empty shelves, and the cashier is REALLY funny!

Great little neighborhood gas station & more. They aren't always THE friendliest, well the one older guy isn't.. the younger guys usually are pretty cool (& multi-task like a mf when its busy in there), but its ALWAYS well stocked, and with a massive variety of lots of stuff. There is a "cafe/deli" inside that makes some good fried stuff, burritos/tacos & french fries. Gas isn't ever "cheaper" and they don't stay open late.

Honestly this is the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. The clerk- who refused to give me his name- laughed in my face while calling me derogatory racial slurs. I left the gas station feeling violated, harassed, and degraded. I WILL be speaking with the Better Business Bureau. Nothing but a bunch of racists!

Really convenient for the area and close to Lake (pond) Pflugerville. Only convenient store close by. The rest are pretty far for easy Lake access. Staff has been always friendly and prices are reasonable for the convenience.
