It is hard for me to write this and I debated about what rating to give Christian Brothers but I settled on one star for many reasons. I was recommended to them by my dad who has had very positive experiences with them and I have now gone twice and it’s been the same feeling and disappointment with how things went down. Now on the positive side I will say that the work the technicians did was top notch and they fixed the problem my SUV had so I was happy with that, but there were other issues that I just can’t ignore.
Both times my SUV was taken in they seemed to charge more than double what my expectations were, and that took me by surprise. Next they would give me an estimate of a week to fix the vehicle but both times it took two weeks and they would never communicate with me. They seemed to always message my dad with progress when his truck was in shop, they even did the same thing with my brother but they never emailed or texted me when my vehicle was in the shop. I would have to borrow a vehicle to go up there just to get any updates on my vehicle which was very annoying. Half the time when I went up there they couldn’t give me a time or they would say I’m sorry the technician hasn’t gotten to it yet. At best they would say well these vehicles are in front of you, but they never seemed to make me feel like my vehicle was a priority even though I had paid them over a thousand dollars both times to get it fixed. I felt forgotten and felt like my good nature was being taken advantage of. I never felt like a customer, someone that they could keep in the loop or have my vehicle take care of. Both times no communication, felt overcharged and took twice as long to repair then initial estimates. This to me is not worth the hassle. While the technicians when they finally decided my vehicle was worth getting to did a good job fixing but I doubt they will ever get my business again, unless they gave me a credit or the manager personally apologized for bad experiences both times.

Everybody is super friendly. They knew I was waiting for my inspection to be done, so they were really fast. A very happy customer. Only bad thing, the dog was off duty that day. :)

What can I say about Christian brothers other than they live up to name of brothers in Christ. The manager Rich is so down to earth, knowledgeable, willing to help.
Isiah, Terry and everyone else involved in my repair did an outstanding job in ensuring great communication. They were the most courteous and quick shop I've ever worked with. I say if ever someone said that Christian brothers was an expensive shop I would disagree for the quality is matched with the pricing. I hope to do business with them again in the future and I hope my review helps anyone who has ever had issues with a mechanic shop and the integrity for Christian brothers definitely have integrity and value the individual moreso than making a quick buck. Definitely the best option for women who are afraid or weary of being overcharged due to past mechanic experiences. The only shop I trust and would recommend to anyone and everyone I know.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING - DO NOT SERVICE AT THIS SHOP.
One of the worst experiences I've had with a non-dealership maintenance shop in recent memory. Here we go on this whole ordeal:
1) Vehicles were brought in for oil changes, with included tire rotation. All services were done, but establishment lacks the appropriate tools to adjust tire pressure reflection on dashboard.
2) Wife's vehicle was brought in for a few further issues beyond an oil change. I addressed it with the front desk the day I dropped off (windshield washer lines, side detection sensor, and hydraulic pressure alert, and concern around the battery voltage.
Long story short, decision was made to service only the windshield washer line. The FIRST time we were told that the vehicle was ready, we go to pick it up and the entirety of the windshield washer resevoir dumped on the ground, and the rear lines were dead. We were asked to bring it back the following Monday to have it adjusted (mind you, they had already quoted me one price on the job.) Come Monday, I'm now up the creek an additional $250 as "the resevoir now needed to be replaced." As my wife and I come pick up for the SECOND time, both lines are not working appropriately as when you push the front, the rear goes, and vice versa.
Called to address the feeling of being scammed, told the team the work ethic seems more sound at the dealership given the amount of gross negligence over the entirety of the service ticket.
Rich (service manager) is a complete joke, and I now feel confident stating - a scam artist. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend servicing the vehicle elsewhere.

Took my vehicle in to have a broken wheel stud replaced after a stuck lug nut popped the head off.
My appointment was for 7 am and I was out of there before 7:45.
The staff were all very professional.
Bonus: the waiting room was really clean and comfortable. ????

This is our second time using Christian Brothers Automotive and again the service was excellent. My wife’s SUV AC went out and the staff at Christian Brothers were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I have decided that I will use their service in the future for all my maintenance. My wife also has said that she will use them for routine maintenance service. I strongly recommend Christian Brothers to anyone needing quality repair and maintenance service.

Went for a car inspection. Guy moved my car in and never looked at my car. Came in saying I would fail inspection because my brakes were squeaking. Inquired about brakes, and they didn’t look up anything in the computer. Just told me I would have to pay 600.00 dollars for brakes. They wanted to take advantage because I was a black female. Took my car to another place where I got an inspection, brakes and oil change for 350.00. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
