My husband and I bought our home in 2020 with a Puritan Water Softener system that was installed in 2005. When we first moved in, it seemed the water softener wasn't working correctly and thought we may as well look into purchasing a new one. After a few months of doing research on various water softener systems, it seemed Puritan was still considered a good system. I called the phone number on the tank (Choice's) and the lady told me, "Yes, we installed that system in 2005!" I asked if it had ever been serviced.. "Nope! Not by us at least!" I feared we will probably end up having to buy another system, so I told her what we are experiencing and she said it could be a simple fix! I reminded her how old the system was and she informed me that the Puritan is a WORK HORSE! The age of the system doesn't matter! It's the name of the system that does! Well, she let me know how much I can potentially expect the BILL to be and I was quite surprised, for two reasons.. 1) She didn't hem and haw that it could be $1,000 +... but told me instead of the trip charge, hourly charge, and the potential parts charge! She laid it right on the line and didn't make me feel like I was getting ripped off. 2) she didn't try to sell me a new system! I scheduled the appointment and the young man showed up RIGHT ON TIME, took a look at the system and said the top part (said the name but I can't remember) had to be rebuilt. That alarmed me, but he assured me it's not that bad. He told us what he was going to do and how much it would be. I was shocked! The entire bill was only $203.00! I asked if he would show us how to use the system and he was more than happy to. There's no user manual on this thing! He told us what to expect and what to look for in the future. I love this company and hope they stay in business for many years to come. If and when I do need a new system, I'm going to them. How's my system today? It regenerated over night, just like he said it would and the system is working nicely. VERY HAPPY!

Choice Water does it again!! 6 years since my last review for this company, and they continue to "WOW" with their level of customer service and quality of product. I cannot say enough fantastic things about them, but I'll try my best to do them justice here: - my water softener had gone out (or so I thought) and had hard water despite the salt reservoir being full - they were able to work someone into my schedule who texted when he got here as I'm on back to back calls - the tech was in and out in less than 30 minutes - not that this would be the case if there were a more substantial issue perhaps, but these guys GET THE JOB DONE - he changed out the carbon filter while he was here and fixed an issue - there was a meter cable significantly bent that was preventing my system from doing work, so he fixed that and switched out the carbon tank bypass that just gets old and needed replacing - and BOOM - he's in and out, and I'm SET Seriously when things go out at my house, I have a moment of panic as there's a general distrust for "repair men," but with the water softener, I never have to worry because I have Choice Water and their team on my side! This system is ORIGINAL TO MY HOUSE, which was built in 2001 -- they easily could have told me I needed a whole new system or sold me something crazy, and I probably would have believed them bc stuff breaks after 20 years; however, they didnt do that because they sell quality products and have a trustworthy team. THANK YOU CHOICE WATER AND MICHAEL (and team) for everything!! You all are incredible, and I appreciate the support!

A quick phone call for information has made me a lifetime fan. While i did not purchase anything from them, the knowledge of the staff blew me away. they were quick to answer even the most minor question with speed and accuracy. Friendly is a word some would use to describe them but they go above this and made me feel like my concerns were being heard and addressed. It's hard to find that these days. When i'm in the market to get my water softener replaced, they are the ones I'm going to call.

Very helpful office staff & great service from Technician. After 15yrs. only needed 1 service job. They deliver salt to your house vs. me going to the store to buy big heavy bags.

Choice Water Conditioning is the only call to make! After building a new home, our real estate agent recommended Choice, One phone call later, they came out the next day and installed our system before lunch. Niles, our installer was VERY knowledgeable, and professional, and also a heck of a nice guy. He worked fast and efficiently and had our system installed in no time. From Edie in the office, to Greg the owner of the company, everyone I dealt with was a true pleasure to do business with! I wouldn't call anyone else!

We have had Choice Water since 2010, and the Choice Water folks have provided efficient and professional services for our system since that time. I think they are a splendid company; and we enjoy great water with their system. Michael, the young man who has performed maintenance and carbon filter change-outs for our system the last couple of years, is a pro and he really knows his stuff. Bought our original water softener (Puritan) from Choice back in 2002. It finally stopped working last year. Called up Choice over the holidays, and they sent a tech out within a day or so. He replaced the resin, and the worn out parts, and now we have soft soft water again! Would highly recommend their products and services.

I have used this good ol' boy team for a few years now with several clients (I'm a contractor). Every time they never cease to amaze me by finding the little itty bitty problem that is making the water softener system not work correctly. Each fix is usually very reasonable in price and they always show you what is going on. I consider them honest without fluff.
