I like that the apartments are in walking distance to a nice shopping area. Grounds are well maintained as is the pool area. Maintenance staff is awesome - they’re kind and quick to respond, especially given that there are so many units for them to manage. Michael in the front office is sweet.Only four stars due to some resident stuff. There’s a few with extremely loud mufflers which is kind of traumatizing some days because they enjoy revving up and getting their mufflers as loud as possible. I guess they think it’s funny but most of the residents here hate them. However, I know the office staff are doing the best they can to control these selfish drivers. Also, there was a big problem with non-residents using the pool and being abusive toward residents and smoking pot heavily in the pool area. And I’ve had a big problem with a neighbor smoking pot constantly making my apartment saturated with skunk weed smell and smoke. But that too I believe the office staff are trying to manage. It’s a large complex so it’s going to be difficult to manage behaviors even if those behaviors are lease violations.I like the high ceilings and wall color which is light grey. There’s pretty, white trim at ceiling and baseboards too. Some units are townhomes with a garage. Not all complexes have garages so I chose this place for the garage. Some on here complain about the gate never closing, but if you check out other complexes, you’ll see that a lot have broken gates because people constantly run into them and break them right after they’re fixed.I would recommend that management ensures the pool area is locked with a passcode on all gates and to better monitor the pool area this coming summer. It got pretty bad the last two summers from nonresidents and from a few who would bring a dozen guests and overtake the area. There was even a group of nonresidents who brought a big screen TV and set it up two feet from the pool on the ground and had two electrical extension wires running alongside the pool (risking all of our lives). They watched a football game while in the pool, drinking beer in glass bottles, and flicking their cigarette ashes in the pool.

building:This is one of the few apartments with a total of 4 floors and an elevator. It has a high ceiling, so it feels open, and the living room is spacious, so it is recommended for groups or families. It has all the basic options, hot water/water pressure works well, and internet works well.Facilities:There is a nearby Target (mart) + Starbucks, Home Depot, In-N-Out Burger, etc., so it is convenient as it is close by. Best Buy is also a 5-minute drive away.disadvantage:The air conditioner (air conditioner/heater/ventilator combined) makes a lot of noise,It's very noisy. If you have children or are sensitive to noise, skip it as it is good for your mental health.

Hey I'm editing my review as I have stayed here for almost a year now. I have to say the events are awesome and the leasing agents are out of this world. When I was shopping around I was optimistic about this place (everyone has those fears the business is just putting up a front to sell you a lease.) but I could not have been more wrong. There is a real focus on keeping the experience 5 star here and while no experience anywhere will ever be perfect I am glad to know that Jamie and Michael will always have your back regardless of what comes up. They are a team you can TRUST and this is a community you will LOVE.

The staff here is friendly and welcoming. We had a few hiccups with parking when moving in, but otherwise we have had a great experience so far. I had a lot of fun at their Apple Cider Event they threw before Thanksgiving, and it was nice getting to meet the leasing agents Jaime/Michael and our new Concierge Nate.

Please please please don’t move here. I don’t know what the positive reviews are based on, but it can’t be the truth. They are charging premium prices for buildings that are literally falling apart. Between the inability to open my back door all summer (possibly from the heat but mainly because the door isn’t aligned) and the ceiling leaking every time it rains, they can’t possibly consider this a luxury apartment. The gate has been broken since I moved in TWO YEARS AGO but they claimed the contractor had Covid and it would be fixed soon. Again, this was two years ago yet somehow they have managed to add trees at the front entrance (for those unsuspecting visitors ?), add a mandatory AT&T service that no one asked for, start construction on the pool without providing notice to nearby residents, and most recently adding a second charge for trash out of nowhere. If the two new builds nearby aren’t for you I recommend trying Stone Hill on the corner but whatever you do, don’t move here. ??

Moved here back in June and have had nothing but a great experience. The front office is always super nice and willing to help with any problems I’ve run into. Even had to pay rent late cause of a job switch and they completely waived all late fees associated with it and said if I had any problems like that again to let them know so they could help me out. Jamie, Michael, and Amari have all had my back at one point or another since moving here.On top of that it’s honestly the best place I’ve lived since moving out of my parent’s place a few years back. Loving it here.

***Updated: well, it’s now Day 8 and the issue has not been fixed. They needed access. I have provided access. No one has shown up in two days to address the issue, but they got my rent payment on 9.29.23. Two days early. I’ve reported the exact same issue for the FIFTH time in 8 days. We have had to seal off the downstairs bathroom because the backflow spilled out from the toilet and onto the floor, and the stench is next-level disgusting. Raw Sewage carries both bacteria and disease. Zero response in 2 days. The maintenance manager asked us to call them directly, which I did. No reply. I’m waiting for relief and reporting this to the Texas Department of Housing and Community. ****Updating: see attached. They sent a response saying that the issue is resolved. It is very much not resolved. I submitted my THIRD request this week, and it’s now been like this for FOUR days. I have never been late even once with rent; in fact, I’m always early. This is the most ridiculous situation. This is stuff you see from slum lords, NOT “luxury apartment living”. I’m posting updated pics and my next approach will be the BBB and filing a claim with the state of Texas for violating the Implied Warranty of Habitability. Not for the faint of heart. The attached are pics from my bathroom. Yes, that is RAW SEWAGE coming up from my bathtub and into my toilet, and it’s not ours! It is sewage coming from all throughout the building and backing up into the downstairs plumbing. This is the FOURTH time this has happened. The plumbing is awful. I have put in two maintenance requests this time that have gone unanswered. It has been like this going on three days. The stench is disgusting. Each time, they come and I have to explain this all over again. It is the plumbing OUTSIDE. Each time, it’s a new person. I have to explain that the last time they had to use an auger and that they don’t have the right size bc it’s on a different property. I HAVE RAW SEWAGE COMING UP INTO MY BATHTUB! I do not care where you have to get an auger. That is not my problem. I need this fixed. So, beware of the townhomes here. The plumbing is an absolute nightmare and they do not seem to care, but I 100% guarantee you if you or I were three days late on rent, they’d have a WHOLE different sense of urgency. Beware.

Hi,I live here for couple of years now and I am not going to renew and Plan to leave soon.It was good apartment complex, but quality went down last 2 years when new company took over. It looks to me they just want the profit. They claim that it is a gated community, but the main gate automation doesn't work. it is more than 2 years now.and it is pretty noisy with new hotels and community building around and traffic is pretty bad in the morning or evening to leave the complex.Make it one on your option to live in but not the top one! They have just two kids work in front desk (pay them minimum) and few Hispanic people do the Maintenace with no English skill.I need to point at stuffs, if something broken when I have Maintenace. They want just the profit with new LLC took over.Sam
