I have shopped at Cato multiple times. Personally, I have never gone in and had a rude attendant. All of the staff are very sweet, the are informative and answer questions, and for this particular time: About 2 weeks ago I had gone in and found the most gorgeous pink heels I've ever seen in my life. I simply had to have them. But none were in my size. One of the employees noticed my dilemma and had suggested they order from another store that had my size and simply ship it over. Long story short, I got the best pair of heels for my pink obsession XD. My recommendation if a store isn't working out for you? Try coming in another time. Staff moves around, shift changes, and people wake up brighter. Hope this review helps ;).

I've been in this store a few times with my last visit being in September. The staff have been rude every single time. They won't even say hello and the last time I went in I waited at the counter to purchase some jewelry while the employee chatted away with another customer. I didn't expect her to immediately stop her convo but she made clear to me that I was a bother. I like the selection but I won't be back. Hopefully the staff can work on customer service.

I’ve ordered clothing from “Flamingo” under this company. If you purchase clothing from this company and don’t like the items or they don’t fit they make it very difficult to return! You have to take pictures of the clothing proving the labels are still on. Then they don’t send you a return label and you have to pay through the post office to send it back. In my case it cost me $12.50 to return 2 pairs of jeans. Not a fan of their return policies

I was about to spend a couple hundred dollars today on some work outfits until the blonde manager and her employee started talking about Democrats and Republicans and how much they hate Democrats. I don't care what side of the aisle you are on it is a huge no no to talk politics in the workplace, especially during a shopping experience. Don't you think we hear enough of this out in the world? We don't want it while we're shopping. The blonde manager is extremely snooty and sighs when someone asks for assistance. I blew that off until the political talk started. I will never ever step foot in the store again.
