Why thank you Carstar for your response!
The phone number you provided is disconnected, as IT HAS BEEN for the last 3 weeks. You see, that's why I drove to your facility in Pflugerville after 6 calls and 4 text messages, BEGGING for someone to call me back. So, if you want to speak by phone, then stop giving out phone numbers that are disconnected and call ME BACK!
I had hail damage on my vehicle and was given Carstar's information from my insurance company's "preferred list".
I thought everything was going great until I went to pick up my vehicle.
There was still hail damage in certain areas so Sammy the owner told me he'd immediately order the parts and it'd be a "Five minute fix!"
3 weeks went by and Sammy the owner is not answering my texts. When I called his personal cell, it was disconnected!
The next morning I drove over to Carstar, all of the bay doors were shut, except one and the front door was locked. Sammy's brother walked out and told me that Sammy would give me a call, but stopped short of actually telling me they were permanently closing their doors!!
My car isn't finished and I'm stuck with hail damage and a bumper that needs to be fixed!!

CARSTAR was awesome, more specifically, Sammy. Every question I had he gave me a profound and detailed explanation as to what was going on with my car. I was able to understand everything he said, and I’m not familiar with cars at all. If I ever had to take my car somewhere due to a collision I would definitely take my car back to them, no question about it.

I selected this repair shop from my insurance list and used them for collision repair. I’d like to share that we are extremely pleased with the final product and that the body work was completed as estimated. I’d also like to inform others that Sammy and his service teams strive to provide superb customer service . They effectively communicated with the me through out the repair process. I will use them when needed and will refer others to do the same.

Recommend this Bodyshop!! Did one hell of a job in such a short amount of time. Stays in contact, updates, etc. Paul was super sweet and was always in touch with updates. Love this place for it being our first time!

Excellent customer service!!. It took them a while to repair the car, and when they delivered it to me it had some small details that they needed to correct, but they were very kind, they lent me a car (at no cost to me), and they corrected the problems as soon as possible. They finished it on Friday, and since I couldn't pick it up because I was working, they made arrangements to give me my car on Saturday, the day the workshop is closed. That's why I say they have good customer service.

It took a long time to complete the hail damage work but the exterior of my car looks brand new. Had a couple of small issues but they were taken care of very quickly.Once the new Manager Paul came on board communication and customer service immediately improved.I would recommend them for your car needs.

Carstar UCF is the Best! Unfortunately my car was damaged for a 2nd time and required repairs. Knew immediately who we wanted to fix it. Paul Martinez took care of us again. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and lets you know you are in good hands. He continually communicated with us providing info on the process of the repair which we much appreciated. Staff is friendly and the facility is clean and maintained. Definitely in good hands! We will recommend Carstar for repairs and will refer them to Paul! Thank you!
