Thoroughly enjoyed my tour this passed weekend. Lindsey was personable, attentive and thorough. At one point the call got disconnected and she promptly called me back rather than push me aside. This was a stunning property unfortunately out of my price point otherwise it would be a top contender!

Horrible living conditions. Ants everywhere. Places is a rip off. Staff lies and cheats you. They don't care the moment you sign that paper work.. over prices under maintained. You can definitely find better.

This was my first choice of apartments when moving to Pflugerville. I liked the floor plan and the luxury style. As we moved here we realized the apartments weren’t all that. The apartment is small and they only have a few amenities. It is also an expensive apartment with little to offer in my opinion. As day came to renew the lease they increased prices up to $200-$300!

Me and my wife have lived here for over a year now, and We couldn't be more thrilled we are leaving these apartments. My honest review of this place is a Zero, But there are pros and cons any where you live sadly this places has more cons than pros. So ill provide this list. Pros: Gated Pool Gym Cons: Dog park latches always break, no one pick up after their dogs, Ants- You apartment will have ants everywhere - Side story me and the wife have woke up 3 times covered in ants. The So called pest control you do pay for is a maintenance guy with a bottle from Lowe's. What a scam. Plus if you tell the office about it they will provide you with ant traps. Thanks The back side- Sadly if you live on this s*** you will smell a sewage drain. And boy howdy it is strong some nights. Its sickening at times, The lights and breakers- these have failed a number of times. And had to wait days for a replacement part. You could have given me the money and I would have fixed it same day. Cheaply made - By this I mean you will hear all of you neighbors, I have lived in worse places that had better sound proof than this. Did care to be woken up by anyone to be going at it at 4 or 5 am... it turned comical at this point, Yards - If you get a yard. Expect it to die off quick. The watering system didn't work right, then turned to mud fast. And when asked if they could fix I was ignored. Guess since living on the back it does not matter. Trash- Seems to be random never on time, we take our own trash out, wasted money. Garages - These are ok for the most part give extra storage, But late nights you can hear view and smell the activity's going on... ill let you figure that out. The Main office...... They will threaten to charge you for a satin on the side walk... even if you did not cause it. I believe its $1000.00 for pressure washing... what a joke. But I take my own trash out. So I don't worry any more. They genuinely don't care, I gave my notice back in may I was leaving, advise I would go month to month at the extra $400 per month, last month was August. I go back in in July and remind them, And I get threats that I didn't sign the paper when I was never given one to sign last time. Then Said I owe until Sep. or we will destroy your credit for failure to pay. Gezz thanks for the threat yet again. This was a failure on the staff not mine. They should have had me sign then not wait. Must be a scam to get more money wit the threats but I was nice calm and collective but getting treated like I was just a dollar sign not cool. This is by far the worst place we have ever lived. Over paid under maintained, its not worth it, you can find much better places trust me on that. We have paid our bills on time never had any issues we caused. And to be handled this way by staff is uncalled for.

We’ve had such a great time living here. They have resident events almost weekly throughout the year, great amenities, and awesome communication from management to the residents. Maintenance staff is the best around, they are so quick to answer maintenance requests (always same day unless it’s the weekend) and have been very helpful. Definitely the best complex we’ve lived in thus far!

Unfortunately after living here for 10 months, I am noticing that this business is not at all about family and community. We were advised that there are no exceptions to the 2 guest rule at the pool, even on a holiday when family and friends gather as well when family travels from as far as Europe. If you have friends over for a volleyball game, only 2 can jump into the pool after the game. The staff is also afraid to talk to Black people in person and calls the on site constable, before addressing an issue one on one with a group of people. The rule enforcement is scatchy,as I spend a lot of time at the pool and have seen groups of more than 5 people who were not ejected. The meager has always been polite, but her office staff is young, rude and disrespectful. The best experience is with the maintenance team who is friendly and professional. While the apartments are beautiful, nice floors, granite countertops and spacious, a lack of renovation is noticeable. If you are single without kids , this is a good place to live.Families won't be happy here long!

My experience with the maintenance team has always been positive. They are always helpful and courteous, and the grounds are always clean.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. The property is always so well kept clean. We love spending time at the pool during the summers. They often have activities for the kids too and snacks which is awesome. The ladies at the front office are so sweet and helpful with anything that comes up. And the very few times I needed maintenance they’ve been respectful when entering my apartment and they took care of the job quick. I definitely recommend renting here at biltmore.

maintenance is TERRIBLE! i had black mold 3 times because the apartment above me their washer was leaking in the wall and causing mold in my laundry room. every time they “fixed” it they just painted over it and didnt even remove the mold. after almost 2 months they finally cut the section of wall out. which they started by disconnecting my washer. moving it into my kitchen. and not coming back for another week before they fixed it. then scratched the floors and wall. then left all the drywall dust from cutting the wall out. it was all over the laundry room and kitchen. my garage door got stuck closed for 3 weeks and they wouldn’t manually open it “because its not an emergency” luckily i had a 2nd car. front office staff is very nice but the maintenance is the absolute worst. would never live there again

PLEASE CONSIDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!For what you're paying, you can get the same or better someplace else.I just moved in November 11th and on the 17th I noticed my trash was on the ground in front of my door and my trash can missing. I informed property management by email and was told on the 18th, raccoon was responsible. I asked when will I get another trash can but got no response to my email. So I saw Jessica (she works at the front desk) outside on the 18th and asked when and she said maintenance is busy but will give me one. I spoke with Lindsey (she works at the front desk) on the phone on the 19th and was told maintenance knows. I also received a SERVICE COMPLETED auto response to my service request to maintenance on the 19th telling me to contact the leasing agent, who is also already aware of the problem. As a matter of fact, all messages go to all the ladies no matter what.I don't know what the problem is or why all this run around but I do know I wouldn't reccomend living here at all. Although the ladies can be friendly, it's obvious from the above comments and my experience so far, they do not treat all tenants the same. The 2 stars are for the pool and the location.

The pool hours are too restrictive: it should be open 24/7 provided you’re quiet. The gym isn’t well equipped: no dumbbells >50lbs, nowhere to do proper squats or deadlifts. The common room is always locked. The shower water pressure is too low.Low quality appliances.

I've lived here 3 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Melissa, Lindsey and Jessica are always welcoming and helpful anytime I need anything. They put on so many fun community activities, events and even food trucks throughout the month. The coffee bar is absolutely my favorite addition. It's nice to be able to grab a great cup of coffee without having to get in your car. The pool is a huge hit in the summer! The property is well maintained and needs are addressed quickly. The area is beginning to boom and more things are coming in. Very happy being here.

I have lived at Biltmore at the Park for 10 months now. I wanted to get an honest feel for the property before posting a review. I am presently surprised at being quite happy here. This is my first time living in an apartment as an adult…a middle-aged adult, so I did have major concerns. I absolutely love my apartment. The office staff are awesome and maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. The property is well maintained and conveniently located. The resident’s portal is user friendly, and I like the way management keeps us apprised of any issues and updated information. Melissa, thank you soooo much!
