I recommend going to a different bath and body works. most of the employees are pretty nice but an older lady with dark hair and glasses (i don't know her name) is somehow always there when i go and she is so rude and unkind. I don't expect people in the service industry to be super nice bc that kind of job sucks, but she always makes me feel stupid and handles everything so poorly. it's best to just avoid her and this store all together

BEST Bath and Body Works l have ever dealt with. Thank you to Stephen and Micayla for your professional and caring service. Every time I shop here always get greeted with exceptional service. Keep up the great work. The employees here need to be recognized for their service and given a pay raise.

One star because of the employees bad attitude, me and my friend were just tryna shop and not doing anything bad and this worker just randomly yells at us. And after I’m smelling this mist she comes up to us again and started accusing us of spraying the non tester in a rude tone. And when we walk she just kept staring at us as if we were gonna steal anything. It’s her job I know but it seems rude to me that she’s targeting us because to the other customer she was nice. This was an old white female employee btw and we are Mexican I can’t help but think tejos was racially motivated.

Given it one star because no stars is available. Thats the attitude they gave my daughter and granddaughter when they came into the store today. When calling to speak with the manager,Chris, she was rude as well. I thought it could be handled with her but I guess not.I will be taking this up with corporate.

When I ask what sales y’all are having don’t tell me to “READ THE SIGN”. You can tell me nicely and not rudely thank you!! Was an older woman too with white hair!

Super helpful!! I haven't been in this store in years, so I was happily surprised by all the updates! The men's line has expanded, so I grabbed some Father's Day items AND mothers Day; they put them in a separate bag with tissue paper. It looked super cute!! I feel they went above and beyond where in this day and age, you seem to get the bare minimum out of retail workers!

Employees are rude and fail to realize that one chooses to spend their money how they wish to.Went into the store at Stonehill to make a new purchase and pick up an online order. Informed the door greeter, Mary, who forcefully wanted me to stop and pick up my online order first, I kept walking towards the items I needed to purchase, All the while I could hear her sighing frustrated telling the other greeter by the plug-ins, who then proceeded to very rudely and loudly ask me how she could help despite hearing that I said I needed to make a purchase and pick up an online order. I repeated myself told her I needed to make a purchase and then pick up an online order. She very rudely and loudly yelled " well when you get done you can come back up front to pick up your order". By the way, my order was still in the back storeroom. Who dictates in which order I spend my money? I do!While I headed strait to the table with the items I needed she walked up to Chris, another sales reps knowing I was behind him about 10 feet away and in a very childish and unprofessional way yet again loudly said "people are being rude today". This behavior is very unprofessional. I asked Chris in a very discrete way who was the manager on duty and the names of both reps. Unfortunately he decided to withhold the other employees name. Mary and this other lady need to be trained in customer service. I hope the store manager, Gabby addresses their behavior which I'm sure is available on the store camera for her to confirm. I will no longer spend my money or give my business to this location,
