  For it to have just been opened, not even a whole hour. Christmas new years festive lively bunch LOL 😆 the customers very organized I peeped there no-chaos strategy line formations which was cool. HOLIDAYS ++BUSY employees were absolutely wonderful, handled the rush almost to good. LOL It's B,B&&W🩶

  So I went it to but a few small things. There were 4 people checking out. They would only take credit cards. Cash apparently was an issue. I had to wait almost 15 mins while all these other card paying customers went ahead of me. You should be extra prepped during the holiday season. Rude.

  i came into the store today for their single wick candle promotion and was greeted at the front by an employee who then asked me if I have received an “email” about this specific deal. I was caught off guard a little because i did not remember the website stating it's an “online only” or “exclusivity's might be included” type of promo. I told the employee I did not receive any email and she said I would have to show it to them to receive this offer and she sorta gave off a not welcoming attitude, didn’t even bother to suggest me to shop around. Later i went on the website to read their promo details and there’s no where that they mention subscriber emails required lol.

  This store is wonderful! The aesthetics alone make for a pleasant shopping experience. It is, hands down, the largest and nicest Bath and Body Works location I have been to thus far. The amount of product available is impressive and is beautifully displayed. I was also impressed with the customer service I received from the two ladies who helped me. The support staff, one young female employee in particular, was too busy socializing or simply did not understand the importance of good customer service to help me when I asked her a question. Short of her openly unfriendly demeanor, it was a fantastic location to visit. Thank you to the two wonderful ladies who helped me. You truly made up for the one negative interaction I experienced. To anyone reading this, please show your support for this store. In spite of one rude young lady, my overall experience was honestly second to none. What a beautiful store!

  Horrible customer service. The store "manager" did not want to let me use a coupon that was in my app because it wasn't on "her" app, welp guess what, she lost my business and please keep in mind I shop at BBW very often,( I go to another location, just happen to be at stone Hill today ) so I happily sat down the 10 candles and more I had in my basket. Thank you for being a lame store manager.

  Went in today to pick out a candle real quick and all the girls were so kind, I don’t go to bath and body works often cause it’s expensive but the cashier set me up with the “rewards” and it was sooooo fast and now I’ll save more money going in. Thank you ❤️

  Bad customer service. Some staff members are very rude.I placed an order online but never received a notification to come pick up my order. After a few days, I called this store and was told I have till 9pm to come pick up, I came around 6pm to find out my ordered was cancelled a few hours earlier.One of the (nice) staff members told me they would honor the discount price if i pick out those items in store. However, when I came to pay, the cashier had very bad attitude, didn't even give me the receipt. I am not planning to go back to this store.

  Really rude and bad customer service at Pflugerville store. 2 staffs and store manager did not have a professional service and even challenged me call customer service to complain. What a pity. Ladies, AI will eliminate your jobs.

  I use to love this location. The last two times I have been less than impressed with the staff. Today I was asking about a wall scent I didn’t see, come to find out they were out. While the sales associate I asked for help is giving me her suggestions, none are even close to the scent I was asking for, stops in the middle to help another customer who interrupted. There were at least 4 other associates she could have passed her off to. I left the store, this was so rude, I am done with this location.
