Went in today to pick out a candle real quick and all the girls were so kind, I don’t go to bath and body works often cause it’s expensive but the cashier set me up with the “rewards” and it was sooooo fast and now I’ll save more money going in. Thank you ❤️

Of course super crowded for the holiday. The staff was super nice and helpful.

It is a nicely kept store but when it is busy check out is horrible. Something needs to be figured out that could work better.
