My headlight went out so I stopped at this location to pick up the light. William was extremely helpful. He allowed me to record him replacing it and he talked through the steps. Sometimes I’m met with condescension in auto spaces but William was respectful and more than willing to show me so that I could do it next time!

There were five people working there. One of them was busy, and the others were doing nothing. I asked for transmission oil, and he sent me to the oil suction section, but I couldn’t find what I needed. I was waiting for some assistance, but no one came. The customer service was discriminatory, and they don't take their job seriously.

My attendant helped me get what I needed with all the help I asked for. I had a bad racial experience prior to coming to this store. Advance auto Part on Pecan (1825 ) in Pflugerville is the most raciest store. But I recommended this store. The employees were very helpful. I don't remember their names. But they helped me out with a battery. I'm the guy that left his wallet at work. Had to run home and get cash. I highly recommend this store. THANKS GUYS

Today I heard a loud pop while driving. I pulled over into the parking lot and a gentleman came out of this place of business named Ismel C. immediately offering to help. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your offer as i have no clue on how to change tires. He immediately change my tire. I offered him a tip and he turned it down. Thank you Ismel for your kindness. Most people would have continued with their day. But you decided to help me and my family.

Driving from Leander to Pflugerville my car went totally HOT. I went to a service garage who was going to charge $125 for diagnostic testing. My son in law suggested Auto Zone of which i went on Pecan Street in Pflugerville Sun. 31. I was nervous and this service guy was patient, understanding and professional. Took time with me and began my diagnostic exam on my Nitro. After finding nothing he deducted it was a "simple" air bubble that cause elevation of temperature and also low coolant. He put coolant in it and waited to make sure all was well. While waiting he noticed I had exposed wires and suggested for a coverage of which was only $8 but could have saved me an enormous electrical problem! This service guy went above for me and was so so kind. thank you so very much sir. Oh, I was not charged for the diagnostic test.Gwen :D

This is My Local Store. The staff here is very helpful. If you bring in the bad part, they will check it against the new 1 to make sure your getting the right 1...They caught a few mistakes for Me this way.

I went to AutoZone in Pflugerville. One of my headlight bulbs was out. A friend told me they wouldn't help me. I went inside and talked to Saul anyway. He came out of the store, opened the hood, popped the old bulb out and showed me the part that needed to be replaced. I bought the new part and he put the new bulb in within ten minutes. I was back on the road. I am so thankful for AutoZone's great customer service. Saul was great!
