I recently visited AutoZone because my car battery kept dying, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jess and Ernest. They were both wonderful—extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not only did they replace my battery quickly, but they also took the time to explain a few things about car maintenance along the way. The customer service was excellent, and I’m truly grateful for their help. Highly recommend this AutoZone location!

Ernest, the store manager at the Pflugerville location, sold me and installed a new battery into my Ford sedan. It was late when I called, but he didn't even blink. He advised me as to which one I needed, took my payment over the phone, and immediately got to work installing it when I arrived. He also checked the alternator, insuring I didn't have an issue with it. Ernest gives honest-to-goodness "old school" service, and I truly appreciate it! ??

My battery died and this was the closest Autozone. Earnest not only installed my new battery, he went out of his way to give me tips on maintaining the new battery. Earnest lifted my spirits with his kindness and customer service.

Bad customer service all around. Don’t go to Autozone. Lazy and untrained professional.
They don’t change your battery, on the phone they said they did, once I got there they said it was too difficult and that I needed to do myself. So why would they tell me to go with a car with a dead battery there? I had to get a charge to only go there! So, I was stuck with a dead battery and the bad trained employee couldn’t even help me with a battery charge so I could go to a place that actually sell and exchange car batteries. I called my insurance company to give me a battery charge, and they never understood how I had to stand 3h outside of a Autozone without someone to give me a battery charge. The place that sell things won’t help you. Why they even have the battery service?
Poor training and very bad customer experience. I am gladly paying more to have a better service and once I need parts, won’t bother to go to Autozone nor will recommend the store nor the chain.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE BY ANY MEANS. I’ve never had a bad experience in 10 years until today. I walked in at 8:30pm and proceeded to see the coworkers speaking in Spanish. I speak both languages and I asked the lighter skin Mexican man a question in Spanish only to be insulted by him as to why I was speaking in Spanish and would respond in English. This worker was so aggressive that the other customers (including the other coworker) were visually uncomfortable in the store as well. I’ve never been treated this way in my life. I will no longer be shopping at AutoZone all together.
