“I brought my vehicle to Image after I was hit by someone who ran a red light. Not only did they tow the vehicle from a different shop for me, but they also stayed consistent on their communication throughout the process. I had never been in an accident before, so I was initially overwhelmed with the process but Alex was able to explain things clearly and thoroughly to help make everything go smoothly. I was genuinely afraid that my car was too far gone, but the team at Image Auto made my car look as good as new! I was on a time crunch, and they got the vehicle done before their expected time. They had an alignment done, but as soon as I drove off (30 minutes before they closed), I noticed the wheel was pulling a little to one direction. I called back and Chris went above and beyond to schedule me an alignment at no charge to me the next morning. I got it done, and was able to take a 24 hour round trip road trip the day following! Everyone here was so kind, professional and when I walked in to get my keys, there was a very strong family vibe. I highly recommend to bring your vehicle here.”

Amazing work on both of our cars! That hail storm on April 9th absolutely pummeled my wife's car, and did some damage to mine. Funny enough I had just stepped outside when Nathan drove by and noticed me. Talked a bit, did some research into the company, and found it to be an easy choice. Insurance covered 100% of the cost, and ADQ covered the deductible, so it didn't cost my family a single penny! They picked the vehicles up and dropped them off afterwards.
Not only are the dents completely gone, but they also detail your car inside and out and make it practically brand new. Had a lady at curbside compliment my wife's car cause she thought we had just bought it! Lol.
10/10 customer service also. Nathan was easy to reach, always responded to my questions within minutes of me asking, and let me know every step they were doing so i wasn't left in the dark. Will definitely be using their services next time a storm rolls around, lol”
