The team at Authentic Details were recommended to me by a friend that has used them for all of his cars. I had a great experience with them and I am thrilled with the quality and attention to detail on the job they did installing paint protection film and ceramic coating on my Lexus LC500. The previous owner of my car had already installed PPF on parts of the car and it was clear the shop he used did a less than stellar job. In some areas, the film was peeling away and the edges were very apparent and not cut precisely. I plan to own my car for a long time and wanted to ensure it has the best possible protection so I decided to have Authentic Details remove the previous PPF and redo my entire car. I also had them ceramic coat the entire car, wheels and calipers. The attention to details, like removing trim and side mirrors to make sure there were no gaps or edges that can later peel back was amazing. They only use top quality materials and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them!

I have taken 2 vehicles here for ceramic tinting (2023 SXE Hybrid Camry and 2024 Hybrid Highlander Max). On the second vehicle my windshield got installed a defective film and was told they would replace it at no cost if the issue wouldn’t disappear within 2 weeks.I have tried to get a hold of someone and no one returns my messages. Very unusual as when asking for a quote and appointment for install, calls, emails and messages were frequent.Very disappointing as we really liked their work. But can’t trust someone who is not behind their word.

I would like to start off by saying, I was referred to this shop by " Word of Mouth". I began by looking up their website, doing my homework with what services & products they use, and compared them to other places of business that have similar services. From the second I walked in, I received a " Welcome In" from Kevin O. He gave me a tour of the shop, explained all of their products and services like a true professional. No pressure tactics, etc. Gave me advice, showed me other cars, as well as his car, to compare, tints & PPF's. I was even introduced to the owner in his office. Top Notch facilities and employees that truly know what they're doing. Your vehicle is in good hands here, and whatever services you choose, rest assured your vehicle won't leave their facility until the job is complete and correct !!. Give these people a raise !!! We brought our 2023 Lexus LX600 in for a ceramic coating. I took a tour of their shop first as I shopped places offering this service, and Authentic Details impressed me the most with the cleanliness and orderliness of their shop, the high quality of their tools and equipment, and the willingness to take the time to show me around and walk me through the process. They instill confidence that the result will be first class like the vehicle you’ve invested in.It was easy to make an appointment and the work was done on time as scheduled. They are great at communicating. The result was spectacular. The 5 year protection I purchased gives me confidence that it will hold up given the professionalism of Authentic Details.

My personal experience with Authentic Details.Package:2 Stage paint correction , Full Ceramic Coating XPEL Plus , Windows coated, wheel surface coated.Result: Model is a 2023 GLC Mercedes. After receiving my car I can vouch for this business they are the best at what they do. Caveat make sure you get the paint correction and decontamination service before coating. That will remove the swirls and scratches. Whatever they did, my car came back better than brand new. Dark was richer, gloss was shinier, you couldn’t walk by without a stare. Was a bit concerned about cost but after seeing the results this was worth every dime. The coating needs to set in so no washing for two weeks but within those two weeks you will notice the color brilliance and gloss get better and better.Worth every dime paid. Thank you

I purchased a new 2023 Chevy Silverado and started calling around for ceramic coating. Several people were offering me things that I wasn't interested in nor did I want for MY vehicle. Finally Authentic Detailing gave me exactly what I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. The day after my vehicle was done, I had two truck owners appreciate the way my truck looks while sitting at a stop light. If good pricing, good work, and honest communication is what you're looking for, give them a shout! Kevin answered my questions and didn't pressure me or try to get me to do anything that I wasn't interested in. The entire process from initial call to scheduling, and pickup was super smooth ??

I brought my car here as recommended by the salesman at the dealership I purchased from. They helped arrange transport to their facility as I am not local to them, they took amazing car of my car and the job they did was far better than any car I’ve had PPF’d they also applied ceramic tint for me and I truly couldn’t be happier. I contact Kevin regarding wrapping the front of my car. They explain me in extreme details what will be the process of wrapping the car! They were also super patient with me, because it was an insurance claim, so it was a lot of back and forward!The results are amazing! I didn’t even went back for corrections.They also applied ceramic coating for the entire car and the wheels!they told me to wait 2 weeks before I wash it.. and when I washed it, the brand of the ceramic coating they use is the best one I ever had!I’m super happy with the results and the customer service !I’ll definitely will recommend them!Service: Paint protection

Hands down the most seamless and easy process and well worth the money to protect your vehicle. So far the full front PPF is holding up quite nicely, and ceramic coating allows me to wipe down dirty easily (until I can get the first wash done after the two week period). The tint is amazing! The truck can sit in the hot sun and still feel relatively cool...no more sweating bullets getting in the vehicle! The quality is top notch and the communication is second to none. They kept in constant communications which made the whole process enjoyable and anxiety free.

Was a 50/50 walk-in. Met Brad at a morning car show and talked to him a little bit. Then googled tint places and this has the most/best reviews. Kevin was super awesome. Start to finish on misc questions, didn't pressure and most of all confident as hell in the products they have.Time to drop the car off, was smooth and easy. Pick up also smooth and easy; they were exceeding expectations for attention to detail.Don't mind the dirty car, that's my fault. But the tint was a PHENOMENAL result. Once I have the car properly detailed, I will update with the proper photo to show it all.Mega thanks to all!

Being the first car I have that's worthy of a PPF, I had to find a place trustworthy enough to work on my Corolla hatchback. Figured that this would be a solid spot to get work done since they work on cars that are worth more than me.Jokes aside I have nothing but positive reviews for Authentic Details! The team was awesome, especially Kevin helping me through all the questions I had. The guys working on the PPF are amazing, can't even tell some parts of my car is PPF'D with how well tucked the seams for the film are.Can't recommend this spot enough for the stellar work, price point, communication, and Kevin's sick photoshoots of your car.Service: Paint protection
