To start with, they always get me in and out in a timely manner and are super friendly and listen to all my concerns and work with me to find a solution that fits! And then my PCP left abruptly. I hadn't been a patient at this location long, but the nurse responded immediately to my need for a follow-up appt, new PCP and fast referral turn around for an issue that my old PCP knew, but the new one needed to come up to speed with asap. I truly have not felt this supported since my old family doctor who cared for me for 25years. Thank you all so much.

Quality of care was great! Quality of billing is terrible. Was told I owe nothing at the desk, then get a bill for $30 later. Not a problem to pay except that I have to link my checking account as opposed to using a card which is actually used for health expenses. I can pay for kettle corn with greater ease than I can pay for my own healthcare.

Displeased with the value based care with the telemedicine that was conducted. On average based on health-care trends the telehealth diagnostics on average is between $40-50 with approved in patient care. The consultation was approximately 10-minutes, and ARC charged $238.00 excluding insurance. According to their billing dept. I was advised that in-person patient care is the same cost as remote patient care. Therefore ARC does not conduct practices to optimize affordable based options for patients. If they do, I was not aware of it

Me and my wife visited for the yearly physical, unfortunately our insurance should cover 100% but the greedy ARC charging 89$ that is absolutely ridiculous. Yearly physical is nothing but a monkey dance! If the nurse ask about my life issues and physical activities, do I have to shutdown my mouth and keep watching the dance! All other places they provide one year refills of medicine, that is normal. Why the simply nurse provide the medicine, that's why charging ! Greedy ARC!

Took my friend to her appointment with doctor Gray at 1:00 the nurse told us he would be in to help us in a few minutes. A few minutes was more than an hour because the doctor went out for lunch during her appointment slot. She is in severe pain and it’s a shame to see such blatant disregard for a patient. Do better arc, quality of patient care has been steadily declining.

This is by far the worst ARC!!.. Dr Grey doesn't care about patient's time or well being. Every time I've made an appointment, I'm sitting there at least an hour after the time.. Last time his nurse told me he was at lunch when I questioned what was taking so long!! Why bother with making appointments?? Every time I need my monthly prescription refilled, it takes at least a week & multiple phone calls to get it refilled. I don't recommend this place.

Extra super friendly. Not a long wait at all. In and out for some lab testing.

Pros: + online / Great online portal (MyChart) that allows centralized communication and records. Super helpful for families who need to keep kid records handy.+ locations / Good physical location network throughout Austin. Nothing super fancy but easily accessible.+ continuity / They're not going anywhere. I've seen smaller practices open/close in Austin. ARC is large enough and has been around a while.Cons: (no surprises) The healthcare system* is frustrating. Whether it's,- scheduling / scheduling an appointment when there aren't enough healthcare professionals to meet demand, or - billing / understanding provider billing, insurance coverage or patient payment obligations, or - coordinating care / coordinating your care between ARC, separate hospitals and separate specialists who may not communicate flawlessly.* The above three cons are present with any care provider. ARC offers a lot of benefits but you're still in the U.S. healthcare system which comes with plusses & minuses. On a personal side, my interactions with all staff have been positive. It's clear there's an overwhelming demand and resources are limited. Staff has been much more patient/helpful than I would probably be in their position.

This ARC location is not the one I typically go to. However, I wanted to get in as soon as possible to see Dr. Zipin. I read the location reviews and was a little nervous, but I took a leap of faith to get the care I needed. I received friendly service and excellent care at the front desk and in the exam room. The wait time was minimal and I'm SO glad I went! - I'm writing this review in case you're like me and check Yelp before you go somewhere. My visit was great!

THESE PEOPLE JUST WANT YOUR MONEY...To begin with. I've been having some heart issues for a while now. I went to the doctor to have it checked out, thinking it was just anxiety. The doctor examines my heart and then orders an EKG; no answers, no nothing for the next few weeks. They finally got me an appointment for my Halter Monitor and sent me to the ARC in Austin a few weeks later. My Halter Monitor is scheduled for February 18th. Yes, 18th. Even now, on March 18th, I have yet to receive my results. Now I owe over $600 to an office I should have thought twice about visiting. Worse, when I walked in, the first doctor at Pflugerville seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I'm not sure if these people just don't care, but it baffles me how everything takes more than it's promised time, then comes out okay, with a nice clean Bill.

1st time there, Front staff was alright but not the most friendly. Anytime we have called there has always been a minimum of 30mins or so to even get someone on the phone for even the most basic questions. Saw Dr. Anna (Liz) E. Holliman , she was friendly but very judgmental about the way we are raising our child. Nursing staff seemed unorganized and all over the place. Only reason we go here is because it’s near our home. Ok for basic needs but talking to other parents in the waiting room , seems they aren’t great for emergency situations or reliability. Wait time was about 20mins. Lots of room for improvements here.

Waited 45 minutes for a virtual visit with Dr. Sanchez only to have him say I needed to have an in-office visit to get the blood work I need done. I told him I've been trying but it's a 1-2 month wait so I got a virtual visit instead. He just said "wait 2 months". He (and this clinic) have been extremely unhelpful, lack intrapersonal skills, and empathy. I'm not paying for an appointment that didn't provide the services I needed.
