This review was posted two years ago. Needed a quick repair of my iPhone 4s and Austin Cell made it happen. It's always refreshing when I get the kind of service that I got here. Recommend them highly!!!!
Today, May 28, 2024. I took my wife’s iPhone 11 in because a white line was running down the center of her screen. I didn’t know what was causing it and my first thought was to go to Austin Cell. As we arrived, the owner had just pulled up beside us and he noticed my wife needed help getting out of the car and was immediately at her aid. What a gentleman! When we got into his shop we were informed that the screen needed to be replaced. When I inquired how much he immediately said $99 and, if we want, it could be done right then. What Service! He repaired the screen and we were on our way in less than 45 minutes. Five star rating once again!

I would like to thank the employees of Austin Cell and Tablet Repair. I dropped off my phone in the AM and my phone was ready within 2 hours. I was worried I would have to purchase a new phone but was so excited when it was repaired. The associates were so kind and professional.
