Absolutely had horrible customer service with the piercer (short brunette). Went in to ask questions about my piercing and she invalidated my questions and concerns by pretty much sending me out saying “it’s a you thing”. I will NOT be going back due to the disrespect I had gotten from the piercer. DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE (Talked to another guy there who was great though!)

I have tattoos from several atomic artists and have always had a great experience. Sean Rakos has done 4 of my tattoos. I would highly recommend this shop.
Requested style: I have a large traditional dragon sleeve tattoo designed by Sean Rakos and people always ask about it and who did it.
Cleanliness: Very clean and very friendly. Always sterile and never skips disinfectant or cleaning the stations.

Went in to get my 16yr old daughters bellybutton pierced. Great experience. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Person who did the piercing was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean. Definitely recommend. Husband came in a few months ago to receive a tattoo and had a great experience as well. (Won't show all of the tattoo for personal reasons)

my group got matching tattoos done here as walk ins. very clean place and our artist Fox was great! I waited to post this review to see how the tattoo healed following his instructions and I couldn’t be happier! I was hesitant doing this as a walk in because my first tattoo I didn’t want it to turn out bad but that’s far from what happened! we had a great experience and I am very happy with the result! If I still lived in texas I would definitely be going back!

Went on a giant wild goose Chase, looking for the piercer so I can buy some new jewelry, but i was told they can't sell jewelry without the piercer. And then when I finally found the piercer she told me they couldn't sell me any piercings for the day because it was already too late. So I drove all around town wasted gas Just get turned away from these shops. Mind you it was 10:37 and they were empty and I thought they closed at 12:00. Like bro, I thought I was a loyal customer who just wanted a piercing.
Also the whole shop smelled like weed. Like just put the blunt down and sell me a nose ring

Part of my septum piercing came off. I stopped at Atomic for help. Their piercer took me right back and fixed my piercing- no charge! I will absolutely be back there. Customer service top notch!

I got my lower navel pierced by mj Mitchell, she was so kind and welcoming, her work speaks for herself! I had explained my past situations with my rejected piercings and she took that into account to make sure what fits best. Definitely trust her with your piercings!

I called the location and was told to come in to be added to a walk in list, was called back to the location for a tattoo and was told that they didn’t have time for a quarter size black piece. I don’t understand why I was called back just to be told that they didn’t have availability. Very unorganized.
