-Had a six week delay in the delivery, but they still charged me upfront
-then at delivery they only brought the loveseat and not the couch and NO ONE (delivery or mean person at store) had any idea why. All the lady would say is that it was “suppose” to be on the truck and they would have to call me tomorrow to tell me what happened. Why she couldn’t call the warehouse and get me answers today I don’t know. So I moved a bunch of stuff in my house to bring all the furniture in and I have no idea now when I’ll get it.
So unacceptable.

So far my experience has been unsatisfactory. I am trying to set up an appointment for someone to come and fix our couches. Two of the pull apparatuses have come off from the side of the couch and no one can seem to help me make that appointment. I know that I need to pay the service fee but they won’t just take it over the phone and seem to have a hard time emailing to me. Talked to three people so far.

Amazing experience buying a couch! First time buying from a furniture store. We were assisted by Saif who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He helped us through the whole process and got us the best offer. He gave us the time to look around without following us or pushing us to make the sale. 10/10 experience. We didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed.

Lisa knew what Ashley had available and she was able to quickly take us to the living room set that was what we wanted.
After some negotiation she was able to get us the furniture we needed at a very good price.
Lisa was fun to work with and made the process very enjoyable.

I ordered a King bed from Ashley furniture on 8/12/24 with a delivery date of 8/21/24. Delivery arrived and the recovery legs were missing from the wooden slats. I spoke to the supervisor of the drive team (Dagoberto Rodriguez) via phone who advised he would reach out and put the order in for the recovery legs and someone would contact me by the end of the day with a delivery update. No contact was ever made. On 8/22/24 in the morning time I reached out to customer support for Ashely furniture and was advised the order was never placed. I was given a ticket number and advised an order was placed with the new Braunfels distribution warehouse. The customer support individual advised me since the order was placed with high priority someone would contact me in 3 hours. 4 hours later , no contact. I called back and spent 59 minutes on the phone with a new agent and her supervisor who advised me an order was not placed and she would place a new order. The supervisor advised it would be 7-10 business days for the recovery legs to be delivered. Mind you the bed cannot be used due to the wooden slacks having no support. The main reason I went with this bed was due to the delivery time frame working with my needs. Poor communication and disappointed in Ashley furniture. I will not be using Ashley furniture again in the future unless this can be made right.

We walked in Alvino greeted us asked if he. Could help. Us we said just looking he then left us alone to look around checked in a couple times exelent service ask for him you wont be disapointed

Yahway, my sale lady was fantastic and very helpful. There was a matcho man came out helping to put my heavy scooter into my car by himself. Great people.

Had a great experience. I was immediately greeted and felt very attended to. Steven and Jason were both wonderful! I came in for a couch and ended up leaving with a new mattress that is the best!!!

This is a nicer Ashley store than those we have been to in other cities/states. We worked with Ian who was wonderful - pleasant, patient and very helpful. The down side to this experience is their check out process. It is extremely fragmented and inefficient; when purchasing multiple items most things had to be entered as separate transaction requiring separate payment each time (even when purchasing 2 matching items, I.e. a set of lamps and a set of nightstands). In store sale items required an override by a manager each time. When signing for cc payment and requesting email receipts, duplicate store copies are still printed and must be initialed. Obviously this is all very time consuming! Additionally, online prices are significantly different (lower) from in store items. They’ll match that price but of course that also requires manager involvement. When purchasing floor models, the customer must pick it up unlike Haverty’s who will deliver floor models. I’m certain these processes could be streamlined for efficiency and customer satisfaction. If it can’t Ashley needs to follow the example of Living Spaces and add a cafe with wine/beer and snacks for their customers!!

I had an amazing experience with this Ashley Furniture. Isiah was so helpful! He answered all my questions. He took time out for me and made me feel as if he cared. He tried to help me get the best deal that I can. We were on the phone for almost 3 hours back and forth. He was very patient! I will be coming back to this location when I need more furniture.
