Hiring less ignorant individuals at your stores would really increase your sales and interest ROI. Somehow I was just offered 50% of the original loan I just paid off even though I make more than when I got the original loan and never missed a payment. It probably doesn’t help that the lady hardly spoke any English

SYLIECE is amazing I willed to her twice over the phone she was super helpful. I was finally able to come in and she was nothing less of exceptional! I highly recommend this location out of them all located in Austin tx. Thank you for being so helpful and nice and having such stellar customer service .

Lina and the whole team are absolutely so sweet and professional! Truly outstanding customer service each and every time I go in there! I hate to see anyone have an attitude or be rude to them because they do not deserve anyone being an a jerk to them b/c they are true angels that work hard and help so many people! Every time I come to this Ace Cash Express store location I am immediately always met with a beautiful smile and laughter coming from Silas. Her infectious personality and amazing customer service skills is what has me coming to this location all the way from northern Round Rock. It's people like her and miss Shay who I met today, the reason why I haven't given up on dealing with customer service instead of doing everything digital or on the phone or computer. Keep up the great work Pflugerville team.
