cashier would not let me refill my refillable cup. Said this cup was not for refills. Came all the way from the register to tell me to use the paper cup. I will make sure to not to return to this location. SMDH.

As many have mentioned. Horrible customer service. The male clerk is rude and argues with you when you are literally showing what is wrong. There is no respect for veterans either at this store.
