Really great customer service and communication

We were passing through town in our Ford F150 towing our Lance 2185 Travel Trailer. We were surprised to find our right front wheel making loud squealing noises. We pulled over as we reached the outskirts of town. We called what Apple Maps listed as auto repair shops. No one answered as it was lunch time. We decided to drive back into town to see what we could find. I searched for the Ford dealership and was given the location of
Unity Auto repair. As I approached the shop from the side road Ivan called out to me and said they’d be able to take a look at what was making the squealing sound. I was able to drop my trailer right there and let Ivan take my truck into the shop. Ten minutes later Ivan showed me the pebble that had been causing the squeal.no charge! Thirty minutes and our trip was transformed from despair to exhilaration. Thanks Ivan and the Unity team for their care and service!

went for a simple oil change, they broke my oil filter housing and wanted to charge me to fix it. At first they acted clueless when i took t back telling them it was leaking. Had to pay for repair and another oil change else where. Do not recommend going here.

If I could give it -1 star I would we took our two vehicles to get an oil change mind you we would rather travel an hour from home to get oil changes but we had a family emergency so it was a must. My daughter’s car started leaking oil and it’s a new vehicle never had any problems with oil changes. We were told it would be over $300 to fix a broken oil filter housing that mind you was broken by them!!! Not a happy camper we will not be returning and will continue to travel out of town for our vehicle services. DO BETTER UNITY!

Fabian and Chrisella are great people. They run a good shop and are very fair. They do good work. At a reasonable cost. My favorite mechanic there is hector. He replaced the engine in my vehicle and it has been great ever since. I would highly recommend Unity

Such a nice company, I was super impressed with the lady up front! They have multiple mechanics that all are very knowledgable. I always run into mechanics that wont touch my Fiat, but this place diagnosed my problem and cleaned it up to get me and my sister safe on the road for our 6 hour trip back home!!! I was highly impressed they got me in and out in under an hour!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
