Jasmine did a great job working with my phone. It was not an easy fix, but she continued working until it was successfully up and running. I appreciated the fact that she worked so hard to take care of her customer.

Holly was the best!!! It didn’t take her long, she quickly figured out some issues I am having with my bill all while speaking to each customer that came in the door and had to wait for service. It was so nice to get someone that knows and cares about what they are doing. They definitely need to have more staff to help customers so people aren’t having to wait so long.

They are always Super nice & know exactly what they are doing. I am mad because we have 4 phones & had 4 upgrade, Right. Well of coarse I get screwed out getting the phone that I really wanted because everyone else's phones were over their limit, nt they failed to tell us that it was a TOTAL OF $1600 credit.. So if we go over then some has to pay. Well of coarse it was Me.i would of had to pay $600 cash before they could upgrade my phone, except from the A51 to the S22.
