I had my transmission “repaired” here about 4 years ago. Never worked correctly. Always shifted hard from 1-2. Stopped using the truck. Maybe once a week or every other week just to keep it moving. Son started using it for school, trans gave out. Now will not shift out of first. Said he upgraded me from 4l60e to 4l65 but I guess it was a bad upgrade. Owner and wife were nice though, just the person he had working on my transmission wasn’t skilled. Now stuck looking for another trans shop.

I took my car there to get fixed and from there my car disappeared I reported it stolen to the police and nothing was done about it. And that mechanic Jose huerta says that palmview gave him a letter that the car couldn't be on a waiting list no more but he lied because they never gave him a letter. I feel strongly that he has robbed me of my car and I don't recommend that mechanic shop to any one whatsoever. He's a thief.Again I strongly recommend that no one go to this mechanic shop, he stole from me and he could easily steal from anyone else as well.I took my car there to get it fixed and since then my car disappeared. I feel strongly that he stole my car and I do not recommend that mechanic shop to anyone at all. He is a thief. Again, I highly recommend that no one go to that mechanic shop, he robbed me and could easily rob anyone else too.

very bad service from my experience and my truck was for a transmission connector and they gave me a used connector and they put cilicon around it which was not there and the connector was priced at 100 dollars and the original one came from the agency at 12 dollars and apart They found a noise in the air conditioning so they removed the air conditioning motor and from my experience it won't come back right

Never had troubles with them,tho I've seen some rude people come up here and try to gamble prices this is not a pulga if you're vehicle has a problem then pay what it is to get it fixed its so rude seeing others low balling and then threatening to rate them That's by far RudeThis is all coming from a woman who was sitting in the waiting area listening to everything I hope those people see my post.

Don't trust them when they say they will hold your car until you leave a deposit. They started working on my car before I paid them anything, and then demanded I paid them $300 to release the vehicle to the wrecker service, even though I never authorized them to make any repairs whatsoever. Shady business. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! THEY'LL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!
