The frustrations of a broken appliance are very real and dealing with the fall out and wait time are seriously painful. Enter my home warranty company and J&B. Unfortunately I didn't have the wherewithal to seek out J&B personally but they are contracted through my warranty co. and I am very happy with the results. My technician Hassan was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. After diagnosing the issue he took every step to help us in getting a replacement part. Through no fault of J&B, there was a longer wait than expected to find the replacement but they kept in constant contact to ensure no additional time was wasted. As soon as the part was in, they scheduled me at the next soonest availability. Hassan came back, did an efficient and expert job; all is well again. Respectful, efficient, knowledgeable...I don't know what more anyone could ask for. Again this was a warranty job so I'm sorry I can't exactly give the details of the pricing but the work and end result makes me happy and I urge anyone needing appliance repair to give them a shot.

I had an issue with my dryer not working properly and started searching for repair company. Arnie called be back promptly and listened to my problem. His first response was to try to help me with information to see if i could fix myself vs selling me some part or service. That didn't work so he came out quickly and fixed my dryer for a very reasonable amount. Never met him before today but based on my experience...highly recco!! Great service for a grest price.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They caused our dishwasher ADDITIONAL problems and never responded when we requested someone come back and fix it. We are seeking a full refund for their terrible service.

Extremely disappointed in the company. The came out in September to repair my dryer. It broke again in December and they were not able to come out until the 5th of January to repair it, on the 11th of January it broke again. I have left several messages with someone named April to please call me and she does not. No one from this company has called me. I called my warranty company and filed a complaint in regards to this company and requested to have someone else come out. DONT USE THEM!!

If I could give them less than one star I would. I had to use JB because I had no choice due to my appliance warranty. As a result, I will never buy another appliance warranty where I don't investigate the appliance repair companies I can use first. Anyway, calls to JB went unreturned, Pam was nothing short of rude (in her defense, that's probably because she is sick of dealing with angry customers), the repairman actually had to call my refrigerator company customer service because he did not know how to repair it, parts taking weeks to come in, and then the part was installed incorrectly. I've complained to two friends and ironically they had similar experiences. Bad, bad, bad.

ZERO STARS. This company should be avoided at all costs. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm not sure how they are still in business. J&B picked up my ticket from American Home Shield. The repair man came out to my home, couldn't fix my unit and left a part in the wrong place. He said 'I'll put it in the right spot when I come out next. I don't want to take apart the unit again'. He was going to then order in parts for the next visit. A week went by. I called to check the status. The receptionist told me she would ask the serviceman what the status was and then hung up on me. I Called back many times over the next few weeks and received no response. Their voicemail was also full. American Home Shield also tried to reach them via phone and email and received no response. Steer clear of this company! They are very unprofessional and not worth your frustrations.

It does not get any worse than this company They were assigned to me for a simple repair by my home warranty company. The repairman came out and said he would order the part and it went nowhere from that point. The receptionist is beyond rude and should be fired The manager, April, refuses to return calls (that is assuming the nasty receptionist gave her my messages). She apparently does not understand the meaning of the word "service." They took my co-pay and never answered the phone or returned my calls I call this thievery. If I could find the owner of this company I would let him know. This cannot be what he wants to have happen. Luckily the home warranty company has assigned a new company to handle my repair. DO NOT even consider using them. I sent all the other negative reviews to my home warranty company and suggested they sever ties with J & B.

House call made; a part ordered. In subsequent calls to the office treated very poorly over the phone...address listed on invoice is 1517 N. Wilmot. ste 144; on website 7049 e tanque verde...tried to find the former; it is a UPS store.

If there were a lower rating it would have been given, communication is poor and customer service and ensuring correct work is completed does not exist. We had a dishwasher repair, this LLC was sent by our home warranty. It took over a month from the first time they came out until repaired. The work was not completed accurately and a leak continued causing damage to my new wood flooring and cabinets. Since the incident we have called J & B several times getting the response from April "i have to talk ro my boss." We have continued to wait and call, we were told specifically "our boss does not talk to customers." We had a second company correct the issue which caused the leak. Customer service and accurate work manship is not a priority to this business. We will be going to court. DO NOT USE!

As a 20+ year Tucsonan, I have used J&B multiple times and have always been satisfied with the quality of service and caliber/skill of the technicians. Most recently, my Scotsman IceMaker started groaning and grinding so I called J&B for an appointment because they're the only authorized Scotsman service center in Tucson. Scotsman customer service told me that it sounded like my pump had failed and a new one would cost nearly $800. J&B thought that perhaps the timer was the problem---and they were right---saving me an incredible amount of money. Robert and Hassan were able to order the timer from PHX while they were still at my house and install it a few days later. Covid-aware, they kept masks on at all times and left everything neat and clean after they finished. They were polite, friendly, skillful, knowledgeable, and very professional. A big thank you to J&B---I was very impressed! As always!

Passive aggressive behavior and a blatant show of annoyance if you wish to discuss their quote(s). Business must be good for JB Appliances, apparently they can afford to tell customers to take a hike. Let me explain a recent, unprofessional encounter with that I experienced with Arnie, a tech (possibly the owner...even worse). Don't expect a call from JB Alliances to discuss quotes, Arnie's preferred method of communication is via text (see attached dialogue). As we all know with texting, there's a tendency for miscommunication. However, his blatant disregard to provide me a simple breakout makes me wonder, are there ulterior motives to the "what the service sells for..."?...(does the "service sell" fluctuate address to address, community to community?) Attached is my exchange...I left the door open for dialogue/proceed with the repairs, but it appears they can tell customers to take a hike! Go elsewhere!!!
