I recently had a frustrating experience at IBC branch located inside the penitas Walmart, and I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the branch manager's handling of the situation.
Unfortunately, the branch manager demonstrated a lack of competence and professionalism during my visit. Despite my attempts to resolve a relatively simple issue, I found the manager’s responses to be unhelpful, and their inability to provide clear guidance or solutions left me feeling ignored and dissatisfied.
This lack of attention and care to customer service is not what I expect from a bank of this caliber, and it reflects poorly on the branch and the bank as a whole. I strongly urge the bank to reassess the performance and customer service standards at this branch to avoid further dissatisfaction.
I hope this feedback can be used to address the situation and ensure that future customers don’t experience the same level of frustration.

I had a wonderful experience at IBC Bank thanks to their outstanding service and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Contreras for going above and beyond—she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuine. IBC Bank is lucky to have her on their team, and I will definitely be returning because of the great service I received!

This bank discriminate those who have DACA like if we are not allowed to have a bank account!. My money is 100% clean. I don't recommend this bank. Which it has a option of 0 Stars.

So that the cashier could give continuity to the service. There were customers who left upset. The ATM was not working. I think they were able to make decisions to provide better service. The two employees. For me. It was a very bad experience to make this deposit today at your bank. Thank God. I don't have an account and I don't want to, but I am forced to go to your bank to deposit to a business that I make payments and I require the receipt. Because I could do it in apps. Anyway, I think you should know that employees worked today at around 10 and 11 AM on September 7, 2021. And when I was retiring after an hour and forty minutes, apparently when they saw annoying people on the line, they called another employee to come. . No se que sería el asunto pero a mí ver la empleada que está sin hacer nada y al parecer era la que atendía " la oficina" podía haber atendido esa cliente en su proceso lento .para que la cajera diera continuidad al servicio. Hubo clientes q se fueron molestos. El ATM no estaba funcionando. Pienso que pudieron tomar decisiones para dar mejor servicio. Las dos empleadas . Para mí. Fue un muy mala experiencia en hacer este depósito hoy en su banco.gracias a dios .yo no tengo cuenta ni quiero pero me veo obligada a ir a su banco a depositar a un negocio que yo hago pagos y requiero el comprobante .porq podría hacerlo en apps. En fin .creo deberán saber que empleadas trabajaron hoy a eso de las 10 y 11 AM de 7 septiembre 2021. Y ya cuando yo me retiraba después de hora cuarenta minutos al parecer al ver la gente molesta en la línea llamaron a otra empleada que viniera . I went in running a minute before closing and was told it was closed by a worker and I told her it was 7:59 so she told me "the gate is down", but it was open enough for me to go in standing. So I left so I won't create a scene. Embarrassing is all I have to say that I was told to leave and that a worker who is just supposed to represent the company not change the way the company has its hours told me to leave when it still wasn't 8.

The girl attending me was very very rude i was indignated by the fact that why does this bank hire people with a mean attitude i went today 07/14/2021 around 5pm, the girl was just being lazy and didnt want to attend me when i asked her if she was going to attend me she rolled her eyes and said no i wish this matter is attended as soon as possible she had brownish hair white complexion not so short hair, medium long and she was skinny i didnt get her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag to add to the fact og how she was behaving ?????

I had a check i needed to deposit and have available for today the lady said it would be available and I never saw it show up in the bank app so I called the ibc bank voice and the lady said it wouldn't be available til Wednesday. If I would have known I would have just cashed it somewhere else now my bills are gonna be late. Thank you lady who lied to me. I've been with this bank for years and never had problems until now.

Closing time should be changed to 7pm. I've drove in a hurry to catch them before 8pm and there's never anybody there by 7:30 and the time that there were staff I was told the boxes were already closed.
