If I could give zero stars I would. The store manager, Andrea, is super rude to employees, customers and vendors. A lot of people have already complained about her, and upper management has done NOTHING about it really shows family dollar does not care about the customer experience AT ALL …. she should seriously be fired ALREADY. She’s the absolute worse!!!

Family dollar is a store where I don't shop very often, my store is very strict and has many things on sale but they don't let me use coupons ☹️☹️the worker tells me that I have to pay for the product if I want it and if I want to use it coupons to choose the regular price products I told him that the digital coupons don't say that I can't use them with clearance?♀️ anyway we still have to pay for what we take but he wouldn't let me use the coupon and I had it to pay at the price it was ???

Manager is suuuuuuper rude. Rude to employees, rude to customers, rude to vendors. Doesn’t speak any English whatsoever, store looks trashy because manager hangs up empty packages people have taken. Worst family dollar I’ve ever been to. Had a weird smell too.

The Manger from the store she it always in a bad mood yesterday was a special off toilette paper on 5 dollar and se have them stock in a car on the stoking room we ask for 1 toilette papers pk and she says she was not allowed to sell them. We went back before the closed the store to get milk she was putting on her car the full car of toilette papers they were 12 big pk and we find out she res sell them for 12 dollars a pk on some grups of the selling things on fb market place and wassup groups. And I think that mees up for being the manager and doing this not selling stuff so he can go and resale
