If I could give 0 stars I would I went in to complete a refund for less than $1k . Veronica never explained all the fees I would be expecting she just gave me a flat rate of what she charged or even communicated that if I paid cash I wouldn’t inquire those fees here I am out of money for almost $240 in fees that were charged when I could’ve filed my taxes myself but decided to trust this place and nobody’s ever available this is why this place keeps losing customers left and right I’ve spoken to so many people who’ve had issues never again ! / It seems like you didn’t understand the review but as a tax preparer it’s your job to explain all fees before completing a refund , bottom line you did not explain all the fees I would inquire with an advance if it was explained I would’ve not moved foward with it .

Horrible! Never had an update on the status of my tax return, i would call and call and there were always excuses that it was PROCESSING to later finding out from them that they never did it months later. Not recommended at all!

I never received my income tax. Everytime I would call it was always an excuse sending me to voicemail or a reply text saying I would get a call back once they got to the computer in the office and or at home as well the other excuse she was picking up the kids. I was persistent everyday even to know the status of my return bc I gave them all my information and still kept doing the same thing. Been with this tax service long time but NEVER AGAIN.

I've used Chavana & Gonzalez Tax service for 3 years and I have never had a problem. Staff is kind friendly and knowledgeable. Any question or problem I have they answer and I leave knowing I'm in great hands. I recommend to any and all who need a great tax service.
