I see a lot of bad reviews on here I don't see why every time I go inside to the tellers or a Loan officer I'm seen quickly they are nice & helpful when using the drive through they are fast they even know what I need done without telling them.thk you Penitas PNC Bank for taking care of my Banking needs!!

Worse service !!!!!!!!! I go up to teller to cash a check in which i have been cashing same writtten out pedi cash for past YEARS with PNC....I Jst cashd a check last week same way.there was no problem then. But now they even had to call my boss n loss prevention jst to make sure it wasnt fraud check ......patentic service......especially the TELLER.... Tellin me she not frm this branch ....and??????

I had One of the best banking experience I have ever experienced! I was Amazed by the sheer kindness and swift actions that Cynthia Espinoza made to make my visit one to remember. Cynthia Espinoza is an amazing employee and has shown that she is fully capable and warranted to put in the work in helping anyone set up their PNC checking account. Don’t believe the negative reviews! They are outdated and CLEARLY not helped by this amazing person.

Sometimes you have to wait other times you go right through, of course you need patience. They are very careful and tedious, it's for your own protection. I prefer to wait a little than the cashier hurry up and then have a mistake. I make deposits forJACKSON HEWITT I know that a job well done is greatly appreciated.

Slow very slow. 45 minutes in line at the drive thru windows. When he went into introducing himself in spanish, I said deposit and hurry, my Hubby blood sugar very very low. He replied other options and explained they were very busy. I said fine just deposit quickly. HE WALKED OFF, LEFT MY TRANSACTION ON COUNTER. 15 MINS GO BY AND ANOTHER INCOMPETENT TELLER SAYS HOW CAN I HELP? By now my hubby is very upset. She explains there's one teller to 4 lines, wa wa wa wa wa. Not my problem. My thing is why did the 1st teller/banker walk off after me explaining to hurry up?Inside teller even rider, made excuses for rudeness, and line. Not banking there again

Horrible bank, they charge you with crazy fees and don't try to help you at all even during a pandemic. Sorry my account didn't have funds bc you guys took money from my account when my card should've just declined. I literally put money back into the account an hour later and I spoke with a banker about it and they didn't want to help. They just said, we have fees. I'm just saying, they treat you like a number and not a person, even on your first minor offense. Terrible bank. They give banks a bad name.

It is extremely difficult to ever get anyone at this branch to answer your call. If you have to go into the lobby expect a lengthy wait time and even less of a sense of customer service. I am seriously thinking about switching financial institutions because of this branch.
