I have a question about this specific location that I cannot find an answer to online. I called the customer service number listed and they force you to talk to a robot who can’t comprehend the question. It then hung up on me. Stop being cheap and pay people to answer your phone.🙄

make sure that the order is assigned with fedex if not they will THROW your package in the trash. My courier assigned for my order was usps without my ability to choose fedex and I came to pick up since my order was delivered and my package was pulled from the trash because it was usps! I’m so upset, worker said they don’t do usps.

The drop off is at the Dollar General store, just give the package to management. They'll email or text a receipt, whichever you prefer. Easy, peasy!

Fast easy service the lady took my name and phone number so I go a text as soon as my package posted letting me know. It makes me feel great to know that my package is secure.

Poor service. The scanners doesn't even work, so I couldn't drop off my package and the other FedEx onsite location closes at 12PM.
