I have had Delcom almost since their service was offered in our area.Recently I had trouble with my internet dropping and not getting signal.I am so impressed with the repair service provided.Courteous, efficient and professional, Thank you Mary & Sergio for your attention and assistance.

When someone actually answers the phone, I have had all issues dealt with rapidly. Unfortunately, the internet service is something to be ashamed of. At least twice a day for roughly half an hour each time I lose service completely. When I do have service the speeds fluctuate drastically. I am paying for one of their upper tier plans, (9mbs), and my speed fluctuates between 1mbs to below 100 kbs frequently. There is fiber service a couple hundred feet away, but they will or cannot run it to my residence. Sadly, the other internet services in the area are not any better.
